Totally agree with the last few reviews. I went into the store to buy a syndicate lotto ticket. No rainbows or well wishes here. The same lady is incredibly rude and abrupt. If you want a good feeling and winning feeling DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE! She is horrible.

My mum was very excited to have a decent win in lotto for the first time. She went to Keperra supanews this morning to claim her prize and left so deflated by the miserable woman in glasses that served her. She was even told that is was a bit early to be handing out that sort of cash. She will never return to this store. Not good enough!

Have visited this newsagent several times the lady with dark short hair in a ponytail and glasses is the most rudest most unfriendly shop assistant I've ever come across. That's unless the gentleman the owner I'm guessing is there then she's ok

Awesome place to shop, had great range of stationery and supplies, very friendly helpful staff, open later on Sunday afternoon, will be back to this newsagent real soon

I went into this newsagency and asked to update my expired Gocard. There were no other customers at the time. I had thought this would be an acceptable request because Supanews Keperra is listed as an agent on the Translink website for this service. I was wrong. The lady who served me conveyed a marked lack of enthusiasm in the very few words she spoke while serving me. When my Gocard expires again in 10 years I will be sure to go elsewhere.

Supanews at Keperra is an agency filled with a variety of stock to choose from, as well as the sales of Lottos & Sratchy tickets. The agent & sales people seem very nice & helpful too

Your staff member working this morning is the rudest woman. I came in to get an invite printed and she seemed genuinely angry to even do a paid service you offer. Slamming the paper draw and being generally abrupt and rude.

It then printed in the complete wrong colour with lines through it due to the pink ink.cartridge being out to which she replied " I dunno it's only the pink cartridge" then told me I had to pay for it! Even though it came out the wrong colour.

She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I left and didn't bother getting her to replace the ink cartridge and try again considering she made it seem like the biggest hassle ever to do her job and provide me with a service you offer.

20c is all I paid for a piece of paper with the wrong colour and lines through it. But to be treated this way and then have to travel to the Gap News Agency where they actually can do a simple task like printing is a but of an inconvenience.

I expect an apology for the way I was treated this morning.

Just had the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Didn’t say good morning, scanned my lotto and scratchies, didn’t tell me how much I won and asked what I wanted. I said a $10 scratchie and the rest in cash. I then got a lecture that ‘we probably don’t have that much cash here and you should come in the afternoon next time or call us’
I didn’t even know how much I had won. As a business that pays out tickets you should have sufficient float to not make that your customers problem and if it is an issue it could have been addressed in so many better ways. Will never go back to this newsagent.
