8I phoned the Store on 6/12/22 inquiring about some goods, I was greeted with the Friendly and Welcoming voice of Riley. I explained my needs and then I was BLOWN Away with the incredible amount of Advice, Dedication and Professionalism offered to me by Riley to the extent of me paying for my items and then Riley packaging them up and delivering them to an agreed address 3 km away from store. His customer service and dedication was like Nothing I’ve received before anywhere. Unless Riley is the Boss already? I recommend either a promotion or a pay rise or both! What an awesome experience and Staff member! Keep up the good work Riley and you will keep the customers coming back for sure
Weipa is a relatively small town, but Sunshine Mitre 10 is quite large. You should be able to find anything and everything you need here. There staff were helpful. They asked what I needed as soon as I walked through the door, so I had what I needed right away. Don't hesitate to shop here.
