Sunshine Mitre 10

Correct me if I'm wrong but pretty sure this is the only hardware store in the city. As such, they maybe don't have the range that you'd expect in warehouse stores but they have more range than the Big W up the road. The customer service was really good and they had what I needed.

The staff were available to help me locate what I wanted and saved me a bus ride to a bigger store.

Excellent service. Although the range is smaller than a regular Mitre 10, it has almost everything you could think of, service is everything and this team excels. I recommend this Mitre 10.

Nice to have a hardware store in the city, but annoying when their stock levels in reality doesn't match what their website stock availability shows, then the barcode doesn't work when scanning. And customer service.was like I was interrupting their nothingness. 1 word instructions and responses is not deemed as "service"

So glad I came here for my hardware needs. I needed a certain type of bolt and I had no idea what I was looking for. Thankfully Bek and Peach gave me great service and I'm now ready to finish my DIY project.

Not the cheapest hardware store, but the staff are friendly and helpful. If you want cheap go to Bunnings, if you want good service go here!

It's nice you replied, but that time would have been better spent changing your opening times to reflect that message. It takes 5 minutes, and saves everyone else hours arriving at the door to see it's closed.

Closest Mitre 10 to public transport for me. I get small online orders to pick up from them. They are friendly and helpful.

Easy access pop in pick up what you need friendly staff, just across from Myer Centre, highly recommend.

Yes! Excellent customer service, a friendly, real person answers the phone, in-stock, click and collect or cheap fast delivery. I received my item on the same day as ordered (ordered at 4: 00am). Great that stores like this still exist. Thank you guys.

Great service with a smile, limited stock in this small shop but great for tools and supplies in a pinch.

Did an online order with Mitre 10 recently and this store was the nominated store for supply and delivery. Turns out charging $40 for delivery dosen't include reading the delivery instructions.

Only recently found out about this place, very handy in the CBD, friendly helpful staff and good range of products.
