10I bought an outdoor setting from Mitre 10 Ipswich 6 months ago, one of the chairs stitching is coming away and looks like it is going to break away from the frame. No one more than 75kgs has sat on it. I sent a picture to Chris over 2 weeks ago and every time I call he is out and never rings me back don't buy anything here as the customer service is terrible and they do nothing about your warranty.
Love visiting this hardware store as helped my family heaps after the 2011 Qld floods. Big shout out to Mitre 10

What major hardware store is shut Sundays? I would have thought weekends were the time people shopped and did home projects.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Price is a little higher than the big players but it’s worth it for the knowledge and knowing money is staying in the Ipswich community.
Couldn't get what I wanted at Bunnings.went to Ipswich Mitre 10 Trade Centre and found it for 25% cheaper than special order at Bunnings
Great alternative to the ubitiquous home of the sausage sizzle. Friendly staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely make them my first point of call for all things hardware.

I have never met a more helpful staff member. And she drives a mean forklift too. Delivered directly to the tray of my ute. Four RTA pantries. Great price and they look great assembled.
Mitre 10 is OPEN in Ipswich. It was formally Simon Home and Sunshine Mitre 10 bought it out and took over in September 2018.
The old Mitre 10 at Yamanto has been closed for a couple of years but it has no affiliation to the Sunshine Mitre 10 group.
It's primarily a Trade store but it has a great access to things through the Sunshine Group.
