53Be careful what you buy, they selling Stihl sharpening stones 1 pack for $6, it is not pack it is one stone, but whole pack shows on website as $6 What a scams, idiots management.

Popped in with a faulty weed eater. These guys couldn't have been more helpful. Quick and efficient service. Done and dusted whilst waited. 10 out of 10
Won't ever be going back.
Worst service ever experienced.
Mower needed to be fixed told would take 2weeks for part and repair.
Rang them 5weeks later to find out if it was ready. Got told another week for part
Rang them again at the 6week mark and got told still waiting on part.
Got text that same day to say it was finally ready only to go to the shop to pick it up with the time I did not have (3 days before Christmas) and get told it is not ready.
Half hour later whilst waiting in shop they decided what to do took a part off another mower which took all of 5seconds to fix.
Recommend don't waste your time

I've never experienced such good Customer Service. They were extremely helpful regarding my purchase and they happily showed me how to use the equipment I wanted to purchase. They answered any question I had and made it an all round fantastic shopping experience!

Rang this morning to see if they had a Stihl Blower. Eddie answered and was super friendly and helpful. Within 30 minutes l was there and Eddie had it ready to go. Seamless purchase. Third purchase in 12 months. I keep coming back because these guys are so good to deal with. Friendly mob. Special shout out to Eddie, LEGEND.

Big shoutout to the boys at the Mooloolaba store. Ordered a Stihl hedger and called in to pick up. Was greeted by a guy who was talking to a customer about a ride on. They were super busy inside, phones ringing etc.but still acknowledged me. I said I had called to pick up a hedger and he knew exactly I was talking about. The paperwork, warranty etc was all done. It was easy from start to finish, job well done boys.

Not a very good experience with their online service, took 1 month to receive my online order, no effort was made to communicate any delays of any sort, finally received a txt to pick up my order when I paid for postage so more delays there.
Best service by far, the guy that looked after us was so helpful, would recommend this shop 100% thank you
The customer service here is absolutely appalling, firstly getting our actual mower was a nightmare as we were continuously told conflicting information on when the mower was arriving. We hired a trailer and took the day off work for them to turn around and change the arrival date.
Secondly we called and asked if they had a particular part, they said yes, drove 45 mins to pick up said part for them to turn around and say they don’t have it.
They need to pull it together seriously.
Recently had an unpleasant experience with the new Kawana STHIL staff when purchasing another blower.but to my surprise today, I received a much favourable outcome from Mooloolaba shop which I was not expecting from Mooloolaba team at all. So. Kudos Mooloolaba team for looking after your loyal customer (even when I Purchased the item from Kawana shop). Special thanks to Gerard.
Sells Stihl products but not service parts. Didn't have a spark plug for a Shindaiwa Brush cutter. No Air filter for a Bushranger /Maruyama Brush cutter.
Great service concerning an old part for my ancient makita weedeater.will be my goto for all my mowing needs from now on.
On 27 April 2019 I bought a Stihl RE119 pressure washer. On advice from the store I bought the slightly more powerful one than I was originally intending to buy. I was also advised to stay away from the cheaper brands out there as some had plastic pumps that didn't last. I used it twice and towards the end of 2020 my son wanted to borrow it but it didn't work, just buzzed and stopped, no water or pressure. I took it back for repair and got it back a couple of weeks later. I didn't test it (MY BAD). I don't use it often but when I came to use it in mid April 2021 same thing, buzzed and stopped. I work in retail and work weekends so it was a few weeks before I could take it back to Sunshine Coast Mowers. I took it back on the 8th of May and they had it for about a month. In this time I was advised it needed a new capacitor but it was 12 days out of warranty so I may have to pay for it, they would wait for feedback from Stihl. They eventually came back to say it needed a complete pump rebuild at a cost of around $250 excluding labour. If I recall I paid $399 when I bought it - for a washer I got to use twice! Their reason for the breakdown was I did not use it often enough. The final straw was when I went to collect my paperweight (all it's good for now), they charged me $33 for the privilege, adding insult to injury for inspecting one of their products 12 days out of a 2 year warranty. Won't be using them again, at $219 per wash I can get a professional to do it for me. I wonder if the same would have happened if I bought a cheaper brand with a plastic pump.
Just picked up a top of the line Stihl brush cutter. Service was spot on, ill be back for a mower one day. Cheers
