I got Sunshine Antenna Service to install four security cameras I purchased elsewhere and when one broke during installation, Phil, the owner, contacted me directly and said he would cover the cost to replace the camera. The work was carried out quickly, professionally, and on-time.

Service delivery exceeded expections, from moment of 'phone request to completion of installation. Paul and Sandra were very helpful and I appreciate their assistance.

We recently moved into a house where none of the TV antenna points seemed to work. I called Sunshine Antenna Service and they were so helpful, suggesting a few things I could check myself first. I live in an apartment block at Sunshine Beach. Last Nov I was watching channel 7 local TV, when the screen went blank.
I have had no TV reception on that TV since then. Nothing.
On my other TV sometimes it picks up SBS. No other channel and often SBS breaks up.
Sunshine Antennas decided to remove the antenna off the roof. Apparently it checked the TV reception of the apartment above me, belonging to a Victorian and one other person
In order to try and actually get TV reception I had to put an application in to the Office of the Body Corp in Brisbane. We had a 2 hour conference call and it found that the Antenna could be put back so that I could watch the local news surf report (I swim), weather, bushfire, floods, covid, sport etc
But Sunshine Antennas actually wrote a letter to all apartment owners to say there had been no complaints.
Me not actually getting TV reception doesn't count. Also out of 13 apartments, only 4 are occupied.
So if you want to be spiteful to any other apartment owner in your block, call Sunshine Antennas and they will make sure they have no TV reception

James from Sunshine Antenna Service worked on our antenna on the roof and replaced all needed components and tidied up badly installed cabling from a previous cowboy. The pricing is very competitive and the efficiency outstanding from James. Thank you, your card goes on the fridge.

This was the worst costumer service that I ever had! The lady that deals with costumers at the phone is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to do her job properly. She didn’t inform the costumers how much it’s going to cost the service, and then when the technician arrives at your house they just rip you off your money. DONT USE THIS SERVICE

Today I had the pleasure of meeting a Mandy who offered the best customer service I have had for a very long time.

George solved an audio problem that has been annoying me for ages. My headphones worked on TV sound but would not connect to streaming services. Apparently something to do with decoding digital sound to analogue sound. Anyway, a quick phone call sorted that out. Thanks George, you ended one of my frustrations.

Phil replaced and set up the new TV for us and didn't want to leave until we were happy knowing how to work everything with the new equipment, even when it went overtime. The techy Hugh was great (even thought 1and half hours late) and did job as requested. Hubby did the hard stuff (drilling through 2 double brick walls) before he arrived. Install of cheapest antenna and another hour and a half cost $390 when quoted over phone when I told him to be warned as a 2 storey house, ''that's okay, 200-300". Now he says should have been $600 and 390 was fair. We are seasoned renovators and KNOW the cost but caught on Easter Thursday and needed TV for next day. The guy Chris? Who organised very unprofessional and a real story-teller. Go somewhere else to someone who is fair.
