The kids really enjoyed bowling here. It was a shame the lanes computer kept resetting causing long winded waits

Great place. It was my first time there.very clean. May be new staff member who served me.didn't know how to do something on computer and didn't bother to ask another staff.willingness to help a customer was missing.

Great place for family although the arcade is much expensive than other place. Plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. They serve good food I really enjoyed the steak sandwich but next time I have to remind myself to order chips without salt. They are so generous with salt. Lol

Chairs for watching are most uncomfortable ever to sit in. Kids party with catering food just dumped on top on top of whatever was there ie chocolate bars, worst experience ever, service for food and actually getting food extremely slow any slower they’d be going backwards

Seating around the bowling alleys is a bit crowded, food and drink is also pretty picey. Good arcade and atmosphere tho

Great place to go bowling, holds weekly competitions, great food, a fun arcade room and great staff. I would definitely recommend going to Sunset Superbowl

Love Sunset Superbowl.easy access, easy parking & great to entertain the kids & grandkids. They have it all to fill in 2 hours +. 2 games (see if they have a deal going as they are slightly on the expensive side - 2 adults almost $40), a great cafe for coffee, drinks & food.depending on how busy they are I found we waited just a tad longer than comfortable for delivery. And a games room if your willing to part with $25 per game card to play. So a great all round couple of hours entertainment for as cheap or dear as you want to make it. They can expect to see me every school holidays

Very unorganize and bad customer service especially the staff that was the so-called "shift supervisor" was very very very rude. We paid a lot and they still are very rude to us. She ruined the atmosphere of a kid's 7th birthday party. We were there to enjoy but she ruined it. Never coming again and do not recommend to other people for parties.

My friend made a reservation for her son's 7th birthday today, 18 Apr 2021,2pm and obviously advised that there will be many guests. No guidelines or policies were provided.

1. As there many guests, we asked the cashier to note the name and their orders so orders wont get mixed. Cashier didnt do and obly gave 1 buzzer.   Orders were mixed up and there were missing ones as well. Some of us checked on the order and they said it was already claimed by someone else we do not know. Had to reorder and wait in line again. Almost asked us to pay again until we complained. Unprepared for handling many orders.

2. Around 4pm, we occupied 5 tables to eat after playing bowling. 4 tables were almost finished eating, and few people in 1 table has just started eating (as some food took to long to arrive). The shift supervisor told us to move to function room without explaning why and left right away. We assumed they just need the tables near the bowling area. Given most were already done, they moved to play arcade and billiards. 1 table still remained as they are finishing up their food. The shift supervisor cleaned the other tables we occupied and clearly she was pissed as we can hear chairs and tables banging loudly. Table 1 is almost done then she went to us in that 1 table and exactly said "Are you actually gonna move or just keep scatterring around? " in a very rude tone and expression. We responded that we are just using 1 table, we arent scattering around (unless she refers to those who are playing in the arcade or billiards which will mean she wants us out of the place then? WTH) and that all other tables are available as we were the only table occupied then. We were also not next to the those playing bowling. But she still just insisted that we need to move as there were other customers, still very rude tone, still not explaining why and is being aggressive with us then just walked out, didnt say anything when we started to complain that it was a party and they should have been prepared that we will use many tables or advised us in the first place that we should be in the function room instead.

Good thing there was another staff who explained to us nicely and calmly that it is because of COVID that's why they dont want us to stay in the tables near the bowling area. We understood it then but by that time, we are already done eating, everyone is upset already so we just left and ended the party, no second round of games. No need to use their function room.

We paid a lot. Food, arcade, billiards and bowling and that is how she treats us. We informed them it is a party. They should have organized it properly and talked to us properly. It's not like we completely ignored her. Im never coming there again.

Great facilities great staff and atmosphere only negative was the construction noise but being a person with autism that's Just a struggle I have to put up with but all good

Went here for the first time with the kids last weekend, was busy but not packed, the staff were helpful and pleasant. The drinks and beer were moderately priced and the lanes were slippery. We played three games and all went fine. We will be back

Great Bowling, great food and friendly staff. Was told it was the best bowling alley in Towoomba area and was not disappointed

A bit of fun with colleagues, the family or friends. Bumpers up (or not!). Had a great time and although I lost at bowling, I can't fault Sunset for my lack of skills! A neat place:)

Sunday night bowling great it's at a cheaper rate we got in
2 1/2 games for the $35 lane hire.

Very Expensive, aggressive receptionist, that's about all. But otherwise I would recommend hungry jacks.

We are from out of town and had a ball! (lol)

Took the kids out for a wild night of fun filled bowling and festivities, certainly caught the disco fever bug when little Yugi hit his spare!

Will be coming back ASAP

Arrived and was only aloud one game to play as there was a tournament competition on so we were only aloud one and basically told us to hurry up when playing. Very rude just in general the man serving us at the counter where to get your shoes.
Won’t go here again as didn’t feel welcome.

Not impressed with lane lights being turned off. Makes it hard to see the floor markers. We were there last Friday.

Saturday afternoon is always awesome. The disability bowlers have a great time competing against their mates.

Great family afternoon. Catered for everyone. They were very sensitive to our requests to enable our beautiful granddaughter who struggles with sensory and social stimuli to participate. A great time had by all. Thank You.
