I would not recommend this company at all. We had two seperate signs installed on the same day and had issues with both. The window signs were installed not according to the agreed layout but rather the letters were installed on incorrect panels of our windows, cutting off some of the wording of our brand. I explained that it is not what has been agreed to and needs to be installed as per the layout agreed with the sales person. When I complained to the other installer, he told me that this happens all the time as the window installer ‘never follows the job sheet’. The installer told me he would fix it, he then returned that afternoon and proceeded to move a couple of the letters which simply led to the text not lining up and very large unnatural spaces between words.

After telling the installer that we were still not happy with the botched fix, he came back the next day and installed the sign as per the original agreed layout.

At the same time we had a different sign installed on our wall, the installation ripped paint off the wall and we had to rush to the hardware store to try to find the correct paint. The installer mentioned that this happens all the time and they have paint brushes with them for these occasions. If that was the case it would have been really professional for us to be told that at the booking in stage so that we could have ensured that the touch up paint was located and ready rather than having to rush around and try to find the right paint while the scaffolding was up.

How a company functions like this in such an unprofessional manner beats me, a simple install had to be done three times.instead of simply being installed properly the first time.

So happy with our final product! Looks amazing and feels like our business is complete now! Jess was lovely to work with and timeframe for turnaround was great, thanks so much we love it!
