I have had a good experience here in Sunnybank plaza dental and I would recommend it to anyone.

No issues with professionalism, but price is doubled for what it needs to be compared to other dental clinic, why?

Love this place! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while so I was a bit worried but the dentist I had Dr Allen was very sweet and professional and the DA/receptionist with short hair and orange shirt was super sweet. Will definitely be back!

Doctors are professional. Dr. Carmen often suggested to me what was the best way to solve my dental problem and explained to me in detail what she was going to do so as to make me feel more relaxed. Both doctors and assistants were responsible and caring. Every time after the treatment, they would call you to make sure that you were okay. Elaine Pun

I am having an amazing experience with Carmen. She is friendly and professional. She explained all the treatment process as she went through and made me feel realaxed and informed. She has lots of experience. The receptionist Joyee (sorry, for wrong pronouncing) is very friendly and very welcoming. They make me feel right at home. I love this dental experience! The receptionists (Joey?) are so nice and patience to answer my questions. I had a severe tooth pain and they had full schedule already but still squeeze me in to solve my problem. Drs so nice and professional that I don’t need to worry about anything. After couple days, they called me and care about my tooth’s situation after receiving procedure. If anyone has issue on your teeth, there is definitely a good place to go. P. S BTW the clinic is tidy and clean.

Dr Chong and her team have been taking great care of my oral health for the last few years. I would not hesitate recommending her to others.

Dr Carmen Chong is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. She’s so detail oriented and meticulous as well as friendly. The receptionist is also lovely and knows what she’s talking about.

Very courteous and professional. Usually quite timely. Will always call up to check if you’d like an earlier appointment if they have cancellations. Highly recommended.

Professional dentist, the lady Dentist is patient for checkup and explain treatment patiently. She was busy and fully book. The receptionist squeeze time for my emergency situation. Very helpful. Wait for I bit long, but it worth. I was got a very saw teeth. I though I have to remove it. Finally doctor said I just get inflection. I got a clean. No pain at all. The best news is I can save my teeth Yeahhhhhhh~
