Sunkids Burleigh Waters

My son came to Sunkids Burleigh Waters after having a bad experience at another centre this year. We are so grateful that we managed to get a spot at Sunkids. He has been so happy to go to school every day, which has not always been the case for him at previous centres. The teachers in the preschool room are all fabulous. They have made my son feel so welcome and I think its a testament to them just how happy and content all the kids in the class are every day. They have created a very fun, safe and calm environment for the children to learn in.

The centre manager is very accessible and is always there welcoming families with a smile. She has been nothing but super helpful to us from day 1!

Thank you to the whole Sunkids team! We will miss you next year.

We have been at Sunkids almost 2 years and have had a great experience. The teachers are so caring and always consistent with the cares they provide to our 2 children. The Centre Director is so caring and genuinely cares for the children and families. We highly recommend Sunkids Burleigh!

Don’t waste your child’s time and your money

My child has gone there for over 16 months now, he loves it, we love it!

If you love your kids don't drop them off here. After what I seen and how they treat the kids and very under staffed. We pulled our kid straight away

We spent 9 weeks in this center and had such a poor experience. Communication is either non-existent or managed to a very low standard. Multiple changes in directors in a short time. Sudden change of staff in rooms with no consideration of how this would affect children whilst only giving parents less than 12 hours notice. Multiple staff had no clue what had gone on with my child throughout the day just stating “oh he had a good day” without being able to elaborate on this further when I ask questions. Each week concerns were escalated which was met with complete disinterest and no resolution. Ultimately we removed our child as we did not feel safe leaving him in the care of this center. I reiterated this in an email to both the current director and head office and received NO acknowledgement from either party which sums up their total disinterest in providing quality care to children. Since moving away from sunkids to a different daycare my child has shown less distress with drop offs and better engagement with activities as well as staff and other children. His development has also progressed significantly in only 2 weeks at a new facility where staff seem so much more engaged with the children and genuinely invested in the children’s happiness and wellbeing.

Incredible staff that are always there to help with a great facility. Each time I drop off my 2 little ones, I leave feeling safe and reassured. Truly can not recommend this facility enough! From day dot, they have been exceptional in communication and I love the fact we receive photos during the day to keep updated. My little ones love it here! The staff feel like family and have always been so understanding.
