I think that honestly is the best policy and the lady who served us in the Surfers Paradise store today was exactly what we wanted. Perfect honesty and knowledge of the product as well as being a lovely woman. 10/10

I had an amazing customer service experience with Sara, she was so helpful and nice. I highly recommend her service, it was such a nice change to receive great customer service, compared to other Sunglass Huts in Sydney.

We were assisted by a very knowledgable lady, Sher, and were very happy with the advice and guidance in relation to the sunglasses we bought.

Sorry but if I’m buying a pair of Burberry sunglasses please don’t offer the ones that are on the shelf, been worn, touched and scratched and expect me to choose which of the 2 shelf pairs “look better”. Just say you don’t have them in stock. Please have some class.

Went in to get my wife a pair of sunnies today as we are in holidays and she forgot hers. The guy in there was outstanding … we have never had such amazing service! He knew exactly what suited her face shape and she chose the second pair he selected and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Wife is really happy and I was cos it was a short painless shopping trip. Didn’t catch the guys name but he was a credit to your business. Five stars

Friendly staff, hassle free shopping experience. Really enoying the sunnies recommended by the staff. It's a good fit.

The best Sunglass hut store in Australia, the two managers are committed to great service, always helpful and ready to come up with solutions instead of problems. The atmosphere of the store was awesome and they usually have the latest shades available. 10/10 Keep up the great work!

I’m from NSW & went to Gold Coast for holidays. Just went randomly into the shop. The customer assistant Mellissa done a great job. Very nice & exceptional customer service. I meant to buy one piece of sunglasses but ended up four of them.ahaha. Never seen anywhere such a great customer assistance. 10/10

Sometimes they only stock what's in the storefront which is a bit annoying if you want an unopened item

I dropped into the store today and Sacha (who was there on her own the whole time I was there!) was absolutely amazing. Her product knowledge and service was first class and took care of me and all the other customers who came through.
