I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses 2 weeks ago and the rubber bit that sits around the nose came off while riding my bike. I went back to the store to see if I could buy a replacement rubber and it's not an item that the Sunglass Hut stocks, so I was offered a full new replacement pair of glasses. Now that's what I call fantastic after sale service. Hats off to the Sunglass Hut. I will be a return customer and will certainly be recommending you. Job well done.

The young ladies at the Logan Hyperdome kiosk were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Love my sunnies, taking hubby there soon.

My partner ran over his glasses today by accident and we were able to buy his same favourite pair again. The one's we bought 13 months ago, the purchase record was on the computer. Anna was professional and helpful, gave him a complimentary glass cleaner and microfibre cloth.

Anna was extremely helpful. Sunglass Hut kiosk didn't stock the sunglasses that my husband wanted. Anna even did a virtual fitting so that he could see how they would look, then found them at another store and organised for them to be transferred. The girl who served me was brilliant. Really helped around the type of sunglasses I needed as I am currently fighting and have been for 6 months a melanoma on my face. I bought a pair of $480 Maui sunglasses yesterday morning and when I put them on at home one of the lenses popped out and smashed. I took them back this morning and the staff member was amazing! Full refund and I then purchased a different pair, excellent customer service!

Went there today to buy a pair of sunglasses and was totally ignored, no other customers around, but still was not asked if she could help me or even a hello, was willing to pay up to $300, walked off 5 minutes later, I would say bad customer service, but actually no customer service

Do not purchase Glasses from here Rip Off. I didn't get the Christmas Discount online. Got charged full price for 2x Glasses. When asking the Lady about online Discount no discount was given. Scam Artist with Cheap flimsy Glasses! Will not be returning to this Store
