Sunglass Hut Indooroopilly

Have been buying from Sunglass Hut for a number of years now. Always had good sales services. Never used after sales services until recently. Was impressed. She listened, and was understanding and fixed the issue immediately. After sales service was excellent. I recommend buying from Sunglass Hut.

Didn’t expect to get laughed at and mocked by the young male and female co-worker when I asked to get my sunnies tightened. Explains why the store was empty.

Last August my wife purchased me a pair or Prada Linea Rossa sunglasses for about $350 as a birthday present. These were my weekend sunglasses which I greatly enjoyed. Then after about 5 months one of the screws holding the lens fell off and got lost. I came back to Indooroopilly Sunglass Hut shop to have the glasses repaired or replaced and was advised they can't repair them because they don't have the screws, and they can't replace them becasue "their policy states that the owener of the glasses have to maintain them and tighten the screws as required". The shop assistant offered me however as an alternative to purchase another pair for half the price. This means I would be buying a missing screw for $175 which I find plain outrageous.
So for anyone considering buying anything there please be aware, that if any of the scewes of the newly puchased glasses come loose (no matter how soon after you purchased), the shop will niether fix nor replace the glasses. They will try however to make another sale by offering to buy another pair of the same glasses for half the price.

Super helpful when I returned my brand new sunnies cracked! Nothing was too much trouble and it was busy black friday sales.

I bought a new pair of Maui Jim’s here the other day and the service was so good I had to leave a review. The girl (I think her name was Maddy) was so helpful. She was on her own due to staff shortages and so busy and still went above and beyond to help sort out my confusing payment with a random gift card and did everything she could to find me a suitable hard case. She was a Legend. Thanks again.

Great service at this store, no pressure to buy, just simply found a few pairs that fit and let me decide from there. Also provided expert fitting ensuring that I walked away with a pair that not only looked good, but fitted my head perfectly and won’t fall off.

Tara at sunglass Indooroopilly was wonderful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me the best she could. She deserves some recognition.

Purchased my glasses from Indooroopilly Thursday 30/9/21 4pm and the female assistant was knowledgeable, respectful and endearing. She spoke with all customers even though she was busy, made sure we had what we needed to make a decision. Every person in that shop purchased a pair of glasses. Very nice experience.

I went to check for sunnies there is this lady store attendant that quite nasty and rude! That lady today in sunglass hut Indooroopilly I wonder if you will sell any item with you disgusting attitude!

I am from LA California. I always bought my sunglasses from Sunglass Hut. Unfortunately my with Sunglasses Hut in Australia was a terrible one. I am completely and utterly disgusted by the way the sales person treated me at the
Mount Ommaney shopping center in Brisbane. She accused me of lying when I tried to return a pair of sunglassses I bought my wife for Velentines day. She kept telling its scratched when she couldn’t actually show me the scratches and started to get aggressive. I hope you guys will train your staff to be more professional and polite. I will tell everyone about this horrible experience in Australia.
