Purchased a couple of pairs of Oakleys and the service was great. I wasn’t bothered while looking at different glasses, no hard sell, just great customer service. Would recommend the store to anyone looking for great quality brands of sunnies.

Excellent customer service buying my teenage son his first pair of Oakley's. Service by the Manager was above and beyond when a minor fault was found on the lens. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

I received the best help from a Zimbabwean gentleman working at Sunglass hut in Myer (unfortunately I didn’t catcg his name). I was looking to return a faulty pair of sunglasses but had previously dealt with very unhelpful sale persons at Myer Chermside (Brisbane). It was such a relief to deal with a friendly, helpful and caring individual. Highly recommend this store for the incredible service

TERRIBLE customer service. Staff refused to provide a replacement screw for my RayBans. The first excuse provided was that “it would take too long to search for a screw”, second excuse was that the lenses were not genuine (they were replaced after they smashed). Went across to the optometrist and they sorted me out with a replacement screw in less than 5 minutes. AVOID this place at all costs.

The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful, and one might be forgiven for thinking sunglasses are uncomplicated items with only style dictating choice.
No, much more to them than that, and when many brands are hardly cheap, it pays to know the subtle or significant differences between shades.
It CAN be very hard to pay over the odds at this, and other dedicated sunglasses outlets.a sign of the times nowadays with mostly overwhelming discounts to be had via online outlets, most of whom offer free insured rapid shipping etc.
It's hard to imagine that these outlets can truly compete, as with so many others. For those of us who need to be mindful of careful spending.and who doesn't.it may well be the great service and assistance that makes the difference in buying your shades here. Again, the depth of product knowledge is substantial, and much can be learnt, over and above outright styling, appearance and branding attraction - pun intended, there's a lot more to sunglasses than meets the eye!:)
