Sunglass Hut

Such a sad experience. We went into this store twice today. Second time was hoping for a different experience. There were 2 girls behind the desk playing with a tv. We stood right in front of them trying to pick which sunglasses our son wanted another 2 potential customers were also in the store. Neither of the girls budged from behind the counter let alone try to say Hi or greet anyone. Such a disappointing experience. What happened to good old customer service?

Thanks.spent over $200 on sunglasses for my daughter as was told they had lifetime repair. A Screw fell out and was told it 50% fee or buy new ones as you no longer offer the warranty. Bit pathetic you change the rules after we spend the money.

The staff at sunglass hut was amazing, they are helpful and friendly. I told them my budget and I got a sunglass that I really like. They also gave me the discount that I found on their website.

I have been looking for a pair of glasses for so long, being time poor I havent had much success in finding a pair online but had a chance to pop into the store at North Lakes and was given great service and time to have a good look without being pushed into a sale. When I was a bit confused I asked the ladies for their opinion on a few designs which they were genuinely happy to give me true feedback as I have a large head haha and hard to find ones that look good and fit! I ended up walking out with two new pairs of sunglasses and extremely happy with my new purchases and offer I received thanks again from the bloke with a big head haha

The sales assistant was very friendly and attentive. I wanted a specific Maui Jim frame that you guys didn’t stock. She recommended and alternative but wasn’t pushy. I went to check another store that did have the style I was after but their service was terrible so I decided to make my purchase at Sunglass Hut North Lakes solely based on the great service. I spent $20 more on a different style only because I felt valued by your team member. Thank you.

Went in to have a browse. The lady working there (Paula) was extremely helpful in both looking for a new pair and also cleaning/tightening my current pair. Always come to this place when looking for new sunnys, simple for how lovely their staff are and how durable the glasses they have are.

Madeleine is a real asset to the Sunglass Hut. Super friendly, not pushy and really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I left the store with my gorgeous new sunglasses and extremely happy with the service I had been given.

Visited Sunday 22/9, store opened after 10am. Young lady made little or no attempt to welcome my wife and I. We attempted to buy a particular pair of ladies sunglasses but we're dismissed for another customer. Our last visit to this particular franchise.

The Sales lady (maddy) is a schemer difficult and complicated to deal with. She has no knowledge of the companies policies and like to run her own rules, She actually thinks if you dropped a sunglasses once on the ground 40 cm high it will break with no visible scratches for misuse and therefore its not the sunglasses fault and basically saying that expensive sunglasses are made to break especially when it cost over$350 yet cheap sunglasses are made to last. She knows nothing about sunglasses apart from making a sale. She is going to make this company looses their customers due to her scheming attitude so I suggest you don’t ever go to her to buy cos she is all nice till you have to return an item which is not your fault but manucfacturers make and will make everything difficult for u to return or exchange.

Just like to comment on the awesome customer service i received on Thursday 21 December around about 1930 - 1945 from Maddy (or Maddie or Maddi not sure how she spells it).
Asked the girls if they had any sunglasses with the same shape lens as the safety glasses i was holding.
Was shown two different pairs with similar lens shapes and a pair of Oakley Flak Draft were perfect.
Maddy then wrote down the name and sku for me to hand onto my daughter so she knows which pair to get.
Nothing was too much hassle and Maddy was extremely helpful and polite, thank you.
