10Saturday 27th January at 1pm just so the owner can identify the sales person on at the time. The rudest lady I have ever encountered in a shop. Extremely poor people skills and totally incompetent. I will spread the word!
I was served by a beautiful person named Victoria, who was very welcoming and had extensive knowledge about the products. Straight away Victoria noticed I had a very broad foot and pointed me in the direction of the shoes that were exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be shopping there again and highly recommend this store!
I was not happy with the service I had to return a exspensive pair of shoes and I did not appreciate the rudeness of getting my refund back. I was made to feel like a criminal. The lady said they did not do refunds telling me not to make a fuss and on the receipt it stated that they do refunds was not a pleasant warm experience at all and I will not return to this store.
Charlotte was super patient and very knowledgeable about any shoes I enquired about (and I asked many questions!)

Suna was my favourite shoe shop because of the interesting, sometimes unique, imported brands they stocked. Then they moved! I was thrilled to be able to order a similar style in the same brand from their online site.
Shop is great, staff not nice, went to buy a pair of Birkenstock’s lady was very rude, went and brought a pair from universal instead
Excellent service and shoes. Drove down to Kawana with the aim of finding some good work shoes. SUNA Shoes not only had a variety of good quality shoes but also the great service. Thank you Monica for listening and understanding what I needed, the Alegria 'Keli' are so comfortable. I'll be back again soon

I purchased a pair of sandals from the Kawana store today. Service was second to none. My daughter and I were very impressed!
Proper ethics here. Salesperson just talked my wife out of getting a pair of shoes which was too small for her, risking the sale, and pushing her towards the correct size. She could have easily said nothing and made the sale - but she made a proper effort to sell the right size. Impressed.
