We arrived at this Subway in the early evening the doors were locked and we wondered why as we stood there scratching our heads the manager of said Subway came charging at us from the toilets 3 shops down and started a tie-rade of abuse asking us if we would like to work there and if we could do better and that we did nothing but complain.my father my girlfriend and I we're absolutely appalled then she swore at us and went into the store!
We have eaten here before and had no problems previous the food was good but often times things were missing from the menu.
I only gave this store a score one star because I like the food but I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there while that particular manager is there!

It’s taken 35 minutes to order a subway is unacceptable. I placed order online that gives 20mins in advance, and still waited nearly 20 mins after estimated time. Not sure how long it takes to make a basic sub? !

DId a company online order for a platter.staff at subway didn't read the order completely stuffed up- was meant to be wraps not rolls and half vegetarian.at pick up staff admitted they didn't read the order.very frustrating.they had to remake but then put the vegetatian in the the meat subs- really smart but refused to credit anything back as they stuffed.our company uses subway Richlands alot for platters.but in the future we will have to rethink our options - not hard to read and follow a order

There are no words. 1 star is minimum that I could rate.every experience is worst.girls would clean the bench and make food with the same hand gloves. Extremely bad customer service.

I placed an DoorDash order for lunch today and when i received it it came out looking more salad than meat on my subs and I put two of them to be toasted and one not toasted and that came out to be all not toasted I’ve been to fair few subways but it always seems to be Richlands subway that seems to be a let down for me

Depending who's working on the day. Rush rush rush absolute no salad. That's the whole sandwich more salad. It's like they weigh the salad at the end of the day. One off them shouldn't even be working there. No napkins no bag. She's hopeless. Richlands isn't the only one. I'm running out off stores to go to disgraceful. The one with the blond hair tall looks like she's had a big night. Sack her

Went there at 7 o’clock, looked on the website to make sure they were open as said open till 9 o’clock, got there and they were closed so double checked the website and was definitely 9 o’clock. Disappointing services!

8.40am in the morning and No fresh bread been made. Only wheat or white. I choose white, the bread must have been from yesterday. It tasted very dry and flakey, the top of the bread crumbs was peeling off by me just holding it. The selections trays all looks like from yesterday. Didn't look fresh at all!

A couple of months ago I arrived at this store 45mins after opening to be told there's no bread. Yesterday at 8 40 there was only 3 types available (yesterday's I believe) and drink machine out of order.
Very unreliable
The young girl training was polite and made a good Sub though.

Ordered online which states a 15-20 minute wait left work at 1: 15pm only to be getting back at 2: 05pm as when I arrived the store was busy being around lunch time with only 1 staff member working out the front. Eventually a second staff member came out. Then when I finally got my order another staff member was walking in, the girl that was out the back originally said she was out the back doing a full tidy up. Why would you think that around lunch time would be a good idea to do that?

The amount of anger and abuse the staff get is unbelievable. They are under the pump dealing with the people walking in and the menu log order's.they barely have a chance to get some air. All the people who are sooking need to have a good look at the situation. And food is always spot on thanks team.

Poor service. Items not available not even onion. When I have asked for they said they are busy so no time to prepare. If they don’t have time to prepare how they having time to sell it.

Great service every time! Know they are understaffed at times but they just work so efficiently and get through it! Quality of produce ahh so fresh:)

We ordered delivery tonight. This was the second time in two weeks with the same awful experience. Both times the order was accepted only to be cancelled a minute later because the store was too busy. My husband decided to call to find out what was going on since this is the second time in two weeks and it takes about a week for the money to be returned (last week we spent twice as much). He was told they were out of bread. So, what we don't get, is why an out-of-bread Subway is still open for business? Surely, if you had any business sense you'd close the store on the app so other customers like us don't get pulled into the same trap as ordering and paying? He also asked if we came down would we get served? To which the person replied, it depends if they have any bread left when he arrived. So, was there bread left or not when they received our delivery order? Really poor advertising on a local delivery app and poor customer service all around.

As one of the workers was making our food, she was coughing all over it. The food were sprayed with her germs. The other worker was too busy to see or hear her coughs. Extremely unhygienic and careless.

Always good, I always get what I want. I got confused ordering on the app once. But fixed all that. I try and avoid the cookies. They are WAY too good.

Walking into a Subway used to be a relatively quick experience - now you have 2 staff struggling to keep up with Menulog and Uber Eats orders, trying to make time for customers who walk in. It’s no fault of the staff, should have at least 3 staff members if taking online orders. Allow a good 20 minutes if walking in around dinner time. The food was alright though the schnitzel tasted a bit cold. Thought they used to microwave meat and then toast, pretty sure it immediately went to get toasted though.

They switched out an item that I paid for with 2 cokes because apparently they don't have said item after I ordered through Menulog. I don't drink coke.
They refuse to refund me and have passed the buck to Menulog. Menulog won't respond.
If they were incapable of filling the order, they should never have accepted it. Or at the very least, called me and given me an option.
Disgusting customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

WON'T BE BUYING FROM SUBWAY AGAIN. Enforcers of vaccine nonsense. Despite lining up for 10 minutes with everyone without masks, and the staff not wearing masks, they still demand to see proof of vaccine to sit at table!? What difference does it make at that point? And if the vaccine works, why are vaccinated scared of un vaccinated? Moronic.
