Worst subway in Townsville I feel sorry for anyone who has no choice but to eat here. Staff were very rude, I have never wanted to just walk out mid order more in my life. There was a dragonfly in the cheese. I barely touched the sub. If you have a choice, get food from anywhere but here.

I think all the good reviews were made before these new rude staff started working.

Best place to get a bite to eat in Townsville Hospital area, always been treated well excellent customer service and quick service too. As many recommended it’s value for money and you can see n choose what you want eat. Hope this place helping students from uni with employment and special price for food.

Great place to eat. Easy to enter and leave with consideration to COVID health regulations for businesses. Wonderful staff (all young adults or equally respectful teenagers). Always clean area and fresh ingredients. Only one star missing because one time our lettuce was a little too fresh and we found a little beetle in my friend’s lunch! Best value for money EVER. Food is ALWAYS fresh. Customer service, usually VERY GOOD. I like to go there and ask for a six inch foot long. Usually goes down well. Unless their busy.

This is my favourite subway, the staff are always friendly, and they layer the food on the subs so they aren't soggy by the time you get home.

Champion place. The only fast food with zero "health guilt". I could live on this stuff I'm sure.

Great service considering this store services the hospital. Wheelchair access to registers etc is pretty tight though
