51Dropped by around 5pm and noticed the 4 Subs for $20 offer. Service was ok and we got 1 Chicken & Bacon, 2 BBQ pulled pork and 1 Chicken Teriyaki, with all the veg toppings and 2 sauces. Food was fresh.
Had the worst customer experience provided by Jess. I know her Georgina’s sharing life stories is more important than serving the customers.
I would never shop here again. Place is a joke!
I've got an order wrong.there was no sauce and tomato in the sub, but with onion I didn't request. They don't pick up call either so I can't complain: (
Hands down the worst Subway restaurant I’ve ever been to. Service was woeful, food prep area was disgusting and staff had absolutely zero cares to give…. 3 staff and 2 were apparently allergic to serving. 2 customers in there and 20 minutes + of my life I’ll never get back. Oh and not to mention it’s the first time ever I’ve had a wrap collapse. Never again.
No bacon.
No Italian herb and cheese.
No Aioli sauce.

The worst Subway in Australia if you want to get sick go to the Woodridge Subway at Logan I'll never go back my family will never go back and my friends were never going back absolutely disgusting
They didn't have all the toppings there. But it was great quality food and quality service. Fast and polite
Staff member left us waiting 10 mins to answer a personal call not to mention the avocado was brown and they just mixed it in
Excellent customer service and hospitality from the women working today (12pm). Absolutely friendliest employee! Walked out with a smile:)
I like going to Woodridge subway normally, except for this one time Monday 28th Feb 2022. There way a young blonde staff member who seemed completely clueless.would stand around staring into space when there was a menulog or whatever it was waiting to be made not including my order I hadn't even made yet. The brunette working that evening was pushing her and pushing her while trying to do another order at the same time and it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I think the blonde either needs more training or find a job where it doesn't matter too much if she stares out a window. This is the reason they got 4 star.

As with most places in this area, some of the customers that frequent this restaurant can make you believe that your life isn't so bad after all. Sandwiches are only ok.
Asked for steak got chicken. Would call and complain but they obviously don't speak good English enough to put chicken on a steak sandwich. Go to slacks creek around the corner heaps better
I've redone my review as this place needs a good clean and the boards are very bad in good need of cleaning and bleaching what you get on your Subway is half than what it used to be years ago
Cold subs, not toasted as we asked.
Hardly any cheese or meat.
Salad was pitiful. Tasted unwashed. Looked absolutely disgusting and unfortunately tasted the exact same.
10am, one person on the counter, spent 15-20min waiting just to start my order out if a 30min break. When I did finally get my sub the chicken and bacon on my not toasted chicken and bacon ranch were still cold, barely warmed over too temp and I was eating with 3min of leaving the store.
Subway at Logan central. Person servicing me wasn't very helpful and also not friendly. Seems like he wasn't keen on serving
All over the place. Took 20 mins to make a sandwich with 1 person in front of me and 3 people behind the counter. Looks like no one knows what’s going on.
Ordered with Uber eats and got complete order wrong. Don't really understand how but okay. Won't order again. Disappointed.
MY partner and I was in subway Logan central on the 14/05/21 around 5pm and the service was very slow and they kept on skipping my partner's meal and start On the lady behind us we said to them how about finishing my partner meal first when we got to the salad but they still did the lady behind us and took nearly half and hour very bad service and they didn't even smile and didn't say sorry we not happy
