Shane never pushed for the sale but they come in cheap and I’ll always support locals.

STAY CLEAR OF SUBLIME BLINDS!

Shane tried to rip me off with an $8k quote for 7 roller blinds. He quickly dropped it by 40% as part of his sales ploy. Start high and settle low and the customer thinks they are getting a good deal! He eventually dropped it to $4500 when he realised I wasn’t going to give him the job on the spot but I told him to please put it in writing and I will get other quotes.
I did get other quotes that both came in well under $2000.
Needless to say I have not received a quote from Sublime as Shane realised he had shot himself in the foot. No point pursuing my business as he knew what the true price I would be quoted.
I feel so disappointed that my good nature was played on in such a dishonest way.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SUBLIME BLINDS.

We installed outdoor roller shutters and blinds to block out the setting sun.
The product itself is fantastic. Shane and Jodie are very friendly ready to resolve issues. We had a bit of a hiccup with the first installer. Shane made sure that the issues were rectified.
We are quite happy since the evening sun was right on our face and now it is blocked and reduces the heat by a fair amount as well.

Met Shane at the Brisbane Home show. Our whole experience with Sublime was great and hassle free. We replaced our old broken outdoor blinds on our deck with new zipscreen blinds. They are great, much easier to operate than a standard blind and look fantastic.

I contacted Shane about having shutters installed and found he and Jodie great to deal with. Shane kept us up to date as to where manufacture was up to and expected installation dates etc. The job is now finished and we are really happy with the final product. They look great and really help with temperature control of the rooms they're in. Our installer Ryan was on time, polite and left everything neat and tidy. We are now saving for shutters in other parts of the house and will definitely use Sublime again.

This company is fairly new, but the service I received was of a well run company with very competitive pricing and a world class product I have purchased PLANTATION blinds for a few rooms. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Plantation Blinds are of top quality. They did have some staffing issues but rectified them professionally. Came when they said they would and cleaned up after they were finished. Highly recommended l. Will use them again when we get the rest done

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. After promising a quote, no one turn up and don't even bother to respond to calls.

Thanks for the response Jody. If the same was earlier, this would have been a positive review.
A lady came home took measurements and after that there was no quote or response of any calls.before Christmas I received a call from sublime, after that my wife called sublime and she was dealing with you.
I checked call records and she called to sublime nearly 8 times between 10/01 to 20/01 for the follow up.

I recently had a roller blind installed to my patio which blocks out the sun in the afternoons, Sublime Blinds were fantastic to work with, I highly recommend this company to anyone considering installing blinds

I knew what was happening with my order from the get go, and the turn around from when I signed to the day they were installed was very fast!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was a small family owned business, they worked the same as the bigger companies I have dealt with whilst building my house.

I recently had my house built in Jimboomba, QLD and i chose sublime blinds and shutters to do all the window furnishings in my house. I had a mix of plantation shutters and roller blinds and couldn't be happier! Their prices are highly competitive and the quality of the products themselves is undoubtedly some of the best on the market
The staff there are amazing and only too happy to help with every question i had. When it came time to do the install the team that come out were prompt and professional. It has complimented the look of my whole house! I will happily refer all of my friends and family should they ever need indoor or outdoor blinds.

So impressed with these guys! I organised my parents place in Brisbane to be fully decked out with plantation shutters. Communication and customer service was second to none, and their competitive pricing made it even better! Definitely reccomend and will be using them again
