I’ve been to both Studio X Phys at Mudgeeraba & Hope Island for Masseurs, Pilates Reformer Classes & Physio Therapists over the past 4-5yrs. Well knowledge qualified therapists that’s what keep me here.

Want to say a massive thank you to Deshane Deenoo. It’s been a rough couple of months since starting physio for my broken ankle but he’s smashed it! Always pushing me just the right amount and being honest with me about where I am in my recovery. Very happy a friend recommended him to me and cannot tell you how good it feels to be back on 2 feet walking again. Would highly highly recommend!

I highly recommend this practice. I’ve been having regular Physio treatment with Renee and massage with Anita which have both been helpful to improve my movement and vitality. Plus such a warm and approachable team.

I have been seeing Anita for remedial massage for the last 6 weeks, best I have felt in years.

After pinching a nerve in my neck and back area the pain was terrible and shooting down my arm making the simplest tasks impossible. After seeing Olivia she quickly was able to find where the pain was starting from and to treat it and start relieving the pain. Also saw Anita the massage therapist who has been a massive help in helping with my recovery. Have to say i think the recovery has been loads faster and it’s been great to have the a physiotherapist and the massage therapist working together in the same place being able to communicate on what would be the best way to tackle this problem. Couldn’t be happier with the results from the 1st visit the pain was starting to ease to now after a month almost being 100% pain free. So if you’re in need of a great physiotherapist or massage therapist, I highly recommend you see Olivia and Anita. A big thank you for all your help and support.

I came to see Anita for remedial massage for pains in my shoulder and neck which had built-up over many years. The pain was causing me to take pain relief and at times taking my breath away. Anita is very knowledgeable and treated me on a holistic level. I have had 3 sessions so far and I have seen a world of difference in my pain and awareness my body. It's not just the one session which is helping, but hearing Anita's guidance through my day when my shoulders are tense and I'm not breathing effectively which is helping to rectify my posture before the pain starts. I am very happy with the professional treatment I have received and would highly recommend Anita!

Simply outstanding local physio Mudgeeraba and my shoulder really is back to normal. This was the 3rd physio I tried, and I found Lachlans method really great. Finally a Mudgeeraba Physio that took the time to listen to what actually caused the issue in the first place. He then created a physio treatment plan for me. I stuck to it and can say I am pain-free in my shoulder now for the first time in 7 years

StudioXphys was recommended to me, so I visited yesterday to address my issue with a physiotherapist. From initial contact with the friendly & helpful receptionist, to my consult with the professional & helpful physio, I was impressed and happy to realise that I’m in safe hands as I recover and build up strength with all the knowledge & advice they give. Their studio is well-equipped, and parking is easy. I’m pleased I followed through with this appointment.

I went to StudioXphys Physio at Mudgeeraba today and I am glad they were recommended to me as the staff were lovely, friendly and made me feel at ease where as most places like this I feel most self-conscious.

I have had a very positive experience with Studioxphys practitioners, past and present. I am 13 weeks post hip replacement and I'm sure I'm doing so well thanks to the great prehab and rehab guidance I have received from Renee - Physio, the Boost (weights) team of EPs and physios and Brian who gives the best remedial massages I've ever had. Not to forget Jarlath, Podiatrist who is helping me with some foot issues. Always a smile when you walk in the door, very welcoming.

Lots of discounts and free trials so you can be confident before you commit to whole programs. My physio was able to address my pain and I saw rapid improvement. Overall I feel encouraged to get back into activities.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, have only been once so far but feel I will be very well looked after and have a clear treatment plan to follow
