Studio Pilates International Newstead

I had my orientation class and first work out yesterday with Junko and absolutely loved it! It was my first time doing a reformer class and Junko explained everything so clearly. I appreciated how encouraging she was with each exercise, providing helpful tips to get the best out of the workout. Already booked another two classes!:)

The classes are not only entertaining but time flies by, making every session enjoyable. They're considerate of limitations and injuries, providing alternate workouts so everyone can have a great experience. I have only just started with Studio Pilates at Newstead, but I am thoroughly loving the classes. The instructors are always very inviting and ensure we all have a great experience. I love having the visual exercises shown throughout the class, I find this really helps me correct my form and keep me motivated. On top of this, the studio is very beautiful and the equipment is always clean and working. I would 100% recommend attending Studio Pilates Newstead!

Finally something to get me motivated and moving. No more doom scrolling exercise videos. The classes work every part of my body and I'm getting stronger and stronger. I think I'm hooked.

Love it! The instructors are all great and super lovely. You feel welcome no matter what level you are at. The screens showing you what moves you need to be doing are so helpful and the instructors are always there to correct you if you need extra assistance. I started with the introductory package and have continued going as its a great experience. Highly recommend.

I love going to Studio Pilates Newstead. It's my happy place. I look forward to every single class and I've just signed on to the 30 day challenge. If you are time poor and want rapid but long lasting results this is definitely for you. I havent felt or looked this good in a long time. It's so hard to find an exercise class that works with you and caters to your abilities. Can't wait for the summer holidays so I can get my Studio Pilates body out.

I've completed nine Studio Pilates classes now and am loving the sessions.
Each one has been different so there's no chance of getting bored. The video instruction is very clear, supported by the instructor's guidance. The studio has a great vibe about it and I can definitely see myself becoming a long-term regular at the Newstead studio.

I was completely new to reformer pilates and the girls at Studio Pilates Newstead were lovely and welcoming! The class set up was perfect and I can honestly say I look forward to every session:)
