After 10 classes of reformer workouts, the shoulder pain disappeared. Now I am reaching my 50 classes and feeling stronger on the shoulder and my whole body. Each class has different workout serious that I never feel bored. Just like what they say, Studio Pilates helps me strengthen my muscles and core strength.
