I recently had to cancel my gym membership due to unforeseen medical reasons, and unluckily, my experience with the cancellation process has left me quite dissatisfied.
The Studio manager has declined to refund unused sessions' value (more than $1100), and this has added to the frustration of dealing with health issues.
I believe that a customer-centric understanding approach is crucial, especially when it comes to unfortunate unique circumstances!

My weekly session has been really great since I started. Not only the services they offer towards healthy fitness and lifestyle, but they are also a team of lovely people who will support and guide you with health tips. Their weight loss equipment are a must try too - roll shaper. Thank you, Anni, Des, Pia, and Charlotte - excellent customer service!

I had a lymphatic drainage, where i fell asleep, was wonderful.
And infrared roller afterwards, so good to target those areas.
These 2 are good combo

Katie showed lovely hospitality, I felt very welcomed, and immediately comfortable as soon as i walked in, even when it was busy.
Love the salt lamps everywhere, and can't wait to book again when I'm not so busy.

Amazing experience and it's easy to get addicted to it. The body feels lighter even after a few sessions. Staff is super friendly, the atmosphere and energy there is positive and very welcoming. Can't wait to get back.

Had a great experience with the cellulite reduction package. Have booked in try the rollers and all the other cool equipment. The studio is beautiful and such a great feeling in there.

It was my first time here Angela was amazing! She gave me the time to explain how the treatment works and the equipment.
