Went in, Guy at counter took the struts, tested them. Said they were shot. Got me new ones, 5 mins in and out. Great service pretty cheap

Dropped in with no notice about soft struts on our roof top tent. The guys tested them for us, figured out we needed new ones and installed them straight away. Great price and great service, they even had a look at our jamming draw system and gave us advice on how to manage it until we’re back down in GC to get it fixed. Definitely recommend Strut Technology Cairns.

The boys at Strut Technology bent over backwards to get our forward fold camper back on the road after we broke a strut, super quick, super friendly and a good price, highly recommend!

I visited this shop today to buy 2 bonnet struts for my corvette. The only salesman raced out the back to test the 1 good strut for tension i provided. As i was waiting at the counter i looked and could see another man watching me from a glass partition beside a wall! He disappeared when i looked back. The original salesman reappeared quickly and told me the 2 struts were going to cost $95.78, which i thought was a steep price from when i looked at importing them from the U. S But i agreed and the salesman raced out saying he would be back in 5 minutes! I asked if i could peruse in the store as i wait? Yep. No Worries. Within 30 seconds his mate i saw earlier appears from the office asking if i'm waiting for some struts. Remember, i am the only customer! Obviously watching i do not steal anything! A reflection on themselves as they stole from me with the price! Anyway i got home and decided to look at prices to import from the US I found i could have imported genuine gm struts, paid gst, tax for $70 AUD. Aftermarket like these for $40 or less. Watch these thieves!

Fantastic service. 5 minutes from pulling in to pulling out. They made a custom sized strut for my old VW Golf and it was less than $50 fitted. Works a treat.

Excellent service along with great communication before and during the replacement of my Offroad Camper opening struts.
Plus the price paid for the job was actually less than the previously agreed to quoted price! WoW. Who does that!
All in all a great and easy experience. Highly recommend Shaun and his team.
