Stratco supplied material for my fencing, however the tradesman L & L they recommended to install it did a poor job. They cracked my pool piping and refusing to fix it

I had to organise some custom flashing and didn’t really know what I needed but Paul was able to take the measurements and email me a quote and drawing. They were quite busy so I wish I’d called them rather then drive from Hope Island, I’m sure they could’ve worked it out over the phone to save me the trip so I’ll do that next time. Appreciate Paul’s help!

Rubbish products and terrible design. You get what you pay for. I purchased a Stratco locker for self assembly. Instructions were terrible. There were no pre-drilled holes for the “screw in” steps. Fortunately, I had the right tools to drill the holes required, but then had to find nuts and bolts to replace the included screws which went nowhere. This job should’ve taken me 20 minutes. I have assembled many other metal cabinets before it’s ended up, taking in excess of three hours which included damaging the powder coated paintwork in the process. I was about to buy a bank of these for a workshop, along with tool cabinets. I will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service, loved their Hamptons Planters, my neighbours want to get some now.

Outback flyover installed across our front which looks great. There were a few delays due to order issues but a full and reasonable explanation has been provided by Stratco and this now reflects a 5 star review to be transparent.

Bought online, easy to navigate through. Picked up the product at the Gold Coast Office. Cozy set up and helpful staff.

Got a quote for a carport. Couldn't work out why it was cheaper than others. Discovered they don't include any plumbing or council approvals for it (adds thousands). No mention of this until pushed. Be really careful.

I ordered some Colorbond roofing online to complete my bespoke shed. I found the ordering and payment process very easy to navigate. I received an email and SMS to let me know when my order had been delivered to Stratco Gold Coast (well within the allocated time frame of 9 days). When I went to pick up my order, I found the staff very friendly and professional. Within a couple of minutes my order was being fork-lifted onto my vehicle, and within 15 minutes, I was on my way. Very happy with Stratco and the whole online ordering process.

Order a new shed with Wayne on the weekend and great service and easy to deal with, thanks again.

My husband and I went into Stratco and spoke to Allison.she helped us design our entire front fence for our property. She made the process extremely easy and we can't wait for it to arrive so we can see the end result. Alison was absolutely amazing!

Service non existent (even though they were clearly overstaffed). Staff too busy socialising to acknowledge a customer wandering around for a long time. Not a good first impression. At the very least you should greet your customers.

After taking a long unassisted look around I know what I want - but I won't be spending any money here.

Want to give a shout out to Allison for helping me out obtaining some storage hooks and then sending them to the Caboolture Store for me.
Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference in the eyes of the customer, and the positive interaction and willingness to go above and beyond (even for a small purchase) will keep me coming back to Stracto.

Stratco Gold Coast recommended Instyle Patios Burliegh to install a carport at our house.
Instyle Patios scratched my brand new car and blamed me for not moving my car away from the Bricky.
Insyle Patios wired the entire roof incorrectly and took months to rectify, they have have been referred to the QLD Worksafe for unsafe practises.
They ripped up the pavers on the driveway and refused to replace them.
The renderer poor bucket loads of old render on my lawn killing big patches of lawn area.
I have emailed Straco 4 times in regards to this company they recommended to us and have never received a response.

I want to say a big thank you to Alison New, store manager at Stratco Carrara on the Gold Coast. I purchased a 20 metre retractable hose reel from this store a couple of years ago. For quite a while this worked fine, however I did have problems with the hose not retracting correctly, which was annoying. Despite the hose being past its 12 month warranty period, Alison kindly replaced it as it was obviously faulty. Unfortunately this second hose unit also proved faulty and again Alison did the decent thing and arranged a replacement. She did so in a very cheery and helpful manner. At no stage was I made to feel that I was being a nuisance customer. I was treated with respect and friendliness by Alison. So top marks for excellent customer service from Alison at Carrara store.

Pleasant experience. Staff were helpful with everything from selection of products to loading my vehicle and strapping down the load.
