Paid for 1 item and given another and then got stuffed around and problem still not fixed. Will NEVER buy anything from them again.
Word of advice Stratco, stick to sheds, patios and garages and not simple retail items.

Waited 20 minutes to be served, only one person on counter and he had a customer.we went to look at sheds and water tanks there was a small shed at front entrance, we were so fed up with the wait didn't ask if you had some somewhere in back.

Helped with choosing new roofing for my pagola, staff are friendly and helpfull:)
