Stratco

I wandered around for about 15 minutes and was ignored by what i can only think were staff.
Although some of them were involved in a very intense conversation amongst themselves.
I don't normally leave negative comments, as people can be involved in all kinds of different ways.
However this is exactly the same thing that happened to me a few months ago, so i can only conclude this is the Status Quo.
Back to Bunnings i guess.

Great range, even has items for the road, like traffic slow bars. Lots of specials and a great price range.

We recently bought an Outback Patio from Stratco Capabala. The whole process dealing with Melanie from design to delivery to site is very impressive. She and Graham are so approachable, friendly, patient and helpful.

After the patio is built at our home, it looks so beautiful and the product quality and color scheme are excellent.

Definitely, Melanie and Graham are an asset to Stratco with 5 Stars Customer Service, and we highly recommend Stratco to other clients who intend to build patios. Better to pay them a visit and have a chat in person at the store and also check out their displays to appreciate the quality, method of construction and aesthetics.

We live in Beenleigh and had to travel to Capalaba to get 5 storage shelves for our carport in our new home build, the young lady who served me was amazing with her customer service and her help with fixing a gift card problem as well, would have loved to give her name but it's not on my receipt and I forgot to check. Also a massive thank you to the Customer Service Manager Kylie who was so incredibly helpful with a bit of a phone problem. All in all will always recommend Stratco and the wonderful team in all areas.

We recently finished our new pool pavilion, the team at Stratco where so helpful and always there if we needed advice, the whole process from design to delivery was seamless. We constructed it ourselves and it was really quite easy and logical to put together.

I found the staff member to be knowledgeable and really knew his product. Service was quickly and with a smile.

Poor service unfortunately. We were there for well over 10 minutes before anyone offered to help us. Asked if they do custom covers and was told “oh I’d have to get measurements and yeah not really I mean yeah” I’m like for real? Aren’t u Stratco? The guy just wasn’t interested obviously.

Bought a cabinet $600 on the Wednesday @ 16.20hrs and discovered on the Saturday evening it was $50 cheaper… spoke to a lovely young man named Cory on Monday morning who was very helpful. Being a senior every $$ helps thank you *****)

Fantastic service I order materials and where ready in 3 days which is awesome in this climate. Mel was easy too deal with and very knowledgeable on products she also provided assistance on ordering to install couldn’t be more happy with the service I was given

They had the gear I needed. Bunnings said they did but didn't. Customer service at Stratco Capalaba.excellent!

Slow in service, busy staff had to wait 15 min to be able to ask a question! I think more staff are needed at the branch

Great service from Corey today who went out of his way to help me get a large item that wouldn’t fit in my car to it’s destination. On his way home. Normal delivery was not easy to arrange, as it was to a Not for profit organisation that only opens after hours. Thanks!

Dave at the Capalaba Store sorted my problem, saved me $250 and an unnecessary trip to Bunnings. Fantastic mate and a big thank you for coming to the rescue.

On Monday morning I placed an order with Stratco @ Capalaba. (Corrugated wall sheets)
Spoke to lovely woman, very helpful and a smooth process.
Today (Thursday 1pm) my sheets were delivered by a fantastic young man (Jass)
Very friendly, fantastic attitude and a skilled operator. Thank you Jass and Stratco for your prompt delivery and friendly service.

Placed an order online on a Sunday.called the Capalaba store @ opening time Monday morning and they said it will be ready by the time I get there (1/2 hr drive).

Counter staff gave me the paperwork on arrival and went to the pick up area where I waited not long then had the staff member forklift my order over to my ute and loaded it up.

Happy satisfied customer

Quality is Good, Service is good, Pricing on materials and quotes depends on who you are and who you speak to within the organization. Full retail over the phone prices is not competitive, but for trade you can bargain for a very competitive deal. All round very good.

The shop handed my client my trade price receipt and cost me hundreds of dollars I don't find staff trustworthy they have caused me nothing but problems orders wrong and reps talk down to you go elsewhere

Amazingly easy to buy what I needed. Knowledgeable and helpful staff no matter who I spoke to, from sales to warehouse. Great product and quick to fix any issues to keep the customer happy. Very impressed.
