I’m a retail manager myself so I know how hard it can be. When I had to get my suitcase repaired I thought it would be extremely difficult. But the girls at Strandbags Chermside didn’t think anything of it and treated me so well! First they sent it away to be repaired but because they didn’t have the parts anymore they replaced it for me in store with a new model!
