My daughter had a horrible experience shopping in this store yesterday. She was in store for quite a long time as she was wanting to purchase a handbag and a purse. The staff member ignored her completely and when eventually she approached the staff member she was made to feel like an inconvenience. The staff member was rude, patronising and judgemental, making comments that inferred my daughter wouldn't be able to afford the bags anyway. In the end she did purchase a bag and purse but her overall experience was very unsatisfactory. Staff members your customers all count and are important to your business. Pick up your game or leave.

The lady who served me was so friendly and helpful explaining to me that the suitcase I was looking at was made from recycled bottles. What a great way to recycle. And it was down from $260 to $90
No sales people on the floor to assist. Waited at the checkout for awhile until someone came from out the back and realised I needed serving. Staff were nowhere to be seen despite two rostered on and suddenly both present during the transaction. Pity there wasn't self service otherwise I could have done my own transaction and been on my way quicker.
Store feels a bit cluttered too. Warning.if you have a pram, wheelchair, mobility scooter or trolley good luck getting in and back out again.
Nice ladies, had a few bags out and they said it was no problem you have to be happy with your new handbag.
Excellent Customer Service provided by Nikki, she is an absolute asset to strand bags. She is polite and provides detailed service which suits ones needs. She also goes out of her way to help and makes suggestions to the budget. I am very happy with her service and would recommend Nikki to all those lovely ladies who need help deciding what purse they want)
