Not a bad selection. I actually had seen pretty much what I wanted, but if the staff bare minimum, don't at least acknowledge your existence with a hello when you walk in and continue to say nothing when walking around the store for 5 minutes it gets awkward real fast and I leave. Not a welcoming store in my opinion.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mansi at the Strandbags store and I must say, her customer service skills are exceptional! I cannot speak highly enough of her. From the moment I walked into the store, Mansi greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and offered valuable advice on the products I was interested in.
It's clear that Mansi is passionate about her work, and this is evident in the way she interacts with her customers.
Overall, my shopping experience at the Strandbags store was made all the more enjoyable by Mansi's excellent customer service. I can confidently say that I will be a returning customer, and I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family. Mansi deserves all the recognition she can get for her outstanding service, and I hope she is appreciated and recognized for her hard work and dedication to her job. Five stars and more!

The store is such a mess! It is way harder than it should be to find anything that you are looking for bc so many products are shoved into such a tiny retail space. Also, the customer service here leaves much to be desired. Simply checking out is a challenge bc the two or so staff always seem inexperienced and generally unhelpful.

Spoke with a Lady from this store about an order that i couldn't get info on and she was lovely to deal with, she offered to chase it down for me despite it not being their store i was intending to collect from. Greatly apprecaite the time she took to assist.

Demi deserves a promotion! She went above and beyond for us. Fantastic representative of the business.

Great selection of luggage, bags and wallets with good discounts available. There was only one staff member on a Friday night and she was run off her feet but still managed to take good care of people and had a really good knowledge of which luggage would suit which needs and budgets. Very happy with my luggage and wallet.

Bad experience with one of the staff. When I walked out from the store, the alarm was ringing and I was confused how it could be as I didn't take anything from the store. The staff asked me to take out my stuff and scanned my stuff through the alarm door. I understand with this procedure but I was a bit embarassed with other visitors as the staff asked me to repeat scanning my bag few times until I asked her to check my bag by herself as I couldn't figure it out.

The city store had great staff. Friendly, attentive and very helpful. Much better than the non service I didn't receive at Brookside from a staff member more busy organising staff shifts on the phone than greeting a customer a few weeks ago.

Strandbag was the first place i thought of, i finally got myself a real leather bag. Love this store and the smell of leather.

We did buy from here as we needed a couple of cases, but the girl serving us drove us crazy. I can only assume they're on some sort of commission, because, while she was nice enough, she was exhaustingly relentless with the sales patter and frankly, we nearly went elsewhere.

Great buy! They were on sale during our visit! I bought a large American Tourister luggage bag, and it was way cheaper than my medium luggage!

Thank you Mandy for sorting out a replacement bag for the bag that failed when I was in Brisbane on a recent business trip. Although, I did have to mention my rights as a consumer under Australian law, it was a pleasant experience and I felt I was treated right as customer. It is however unfortunate that usually one does have to use their rights. The bag I was supplied had a slight fault on the zipper, which the clerk made note of on the receipt, so I could exchange it when I got back home. So that was good on their behalf, the bag got me back home! Thank you.

Following this review, the store has just re-opened with a brand new luggage department and extensive range of good quality new season products. It is the place to go for the best prices in Samsonite and American Tourister. They also have other ranges that are extremely affordable! Do it, you won’t be disappointed.

Wide selection of travel goods. Staff very helpful with all aspects of one's needs. Will advise you on the travel items you need if not known already.

It has got a good specials going on 50% 70 % and 40 % sales are VERY GOOD must visit do go in please.

Small shop compare to others, but still has plenty of bag ranges. You can find some reduced price and some are affordable.
