Story House Early Learning Windsor

Sadly we felt let down by storyhouse early learning windsor. My 1 yr old daughter was allowed to play on hot playground equipment in the sun, bare foot without the temperature being checked first, sustaining a partial thickness burn on the sole of her foot requiring surgical debridement at Queensland children's hospital and subsequent follow up in the burns outpatient dept for dressing changes. We were upset but thought we would give them a second chance and then they continued to let us down 2 more times. My daughter came home frequently with bite marks on her and we had to have meetings with them about how to stop this and manage better the biters in her room. Then the final straw for me was turning up to pick her up one day and witnessing a staff member screaming at her for tipping glitter in her friends hair and then slamming the balcony door in her face. I am mostly upset with myself for not taking her out after the burn but I was trying not to over react. Instead it seemed I gave them too many chances to let my daughter down.

I cannot speak highly enough about the educators, Sushma, Gayle, Lilli, Anneke and Ayden at the centre. Katrina has a great oversight and I can highly recommend your child to use their service. They have the utmost dedication and care to every child there and have been instrumental in helping our child flourish.

Honestly this is the best centre, it’s like dropping you’re kids off with family, all my three children love it and have been going since nursery to kindy.

Since commencing at the centre we have loved the educators & the communication from the centre. We can see that Katrina is an engaged & understanding leader and this is reflected throughout the staff in every room.

Love Story House and all the educators, can not fault them, and our daughter adores them all.

My son started at Story House 2 days a week just over two months ago (now 18 months old). They have been wonderful offering a variety of new puzzles, games, toys, activities and interactions.

The staff are very friendly and have been so understanding as he transitions to a new environment, as an only child who previously received one on one care and being a COVID baby he is now learning how to interact with others. The staff have been so caring as he overcomes his separation anxiety.

Also the app they offer, which gives you a real time look into his routine and photos from each day is such a treat and I can even share it with my in-laws in the UK so the are as involved as we are.

The best kindy EVER! I love everything about it, my little girl has been there since she was a baby in the nursery and has grown and developed into such a smart and caring little lady all thanks to the wonderful staff at the centre. The best rooms, variety of activities and equipment. Cannot fault these guys. LOVE!

We love Story House Windsor! Katrina and the team are attentive and personable. We absolutely adore our sons educators as does he, and we know he is learning and playing in a safe and supportive environment. And I also love the fact that every single staff member will say “have a great day” as you leave the premises.

Katrina and her team of Educators at Story House are amazing! The centre is always clean and well presented. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, especially when we changed centres just over 6 months ago. Nothing is a problem and they are very accommodating and compassionate towards tired and forgetful Mums and Dads. My kids love it! The daily activities they do have helped them develop their skills and inquisitive nature exponentially each week.

So stoked to have found Story House - after enrolling at another centre it didn't feel right and was recommended Story House and now couldn't be happier with our choice to move our son. Beautiful centre and wonderful staff, all so understanding and caring towards the kids and working families. I am so grateful for your support and kindness everyday. Our sons development has taken off through his time at Story House and I love watching him build relationships with all of the educators and classmates. Firstly, the facilities are first class. Great resources, generously shared, all included

Second, lovely educators that know and care about the children and think of ways to creatively engage and respond

Thirdly, a management team that genuinely care about your experience. Thorough communication always. They are always looking to improve and listen and want to be best in class

We've been using SHEL Windsor for the past two years and we've loved it. We're now reluctantly leaving the centre as we're moving house and no longer local. Now, as I'm touring other centres looking for a new daycare, I realise how special SHEL Windsor really is. I'm yet to see another centre that compares as far as facilities goes but also the carers and management are a level above everything else we've looked at. Everyone at the centre is very friendly and caring but also very professional and I know they've always got our children's best interests at heart. It's a really well run, warm and gorgeous little centre. We're really going to miss it. I would highly recommend sending your kids here (if you're lucky enough to get a spot!).

My daughter has been going to Windsor storyhouse for nearly a year and we love it. Very welcoming professional friendly staff. My daughter has learnt so much. Highly recommend this daycare.

Our little one has never been more excited to go to kindy when we decided to transfer him here from the city - we thought we would have a hard time transitioning but thanks to the awesome educators and new friends in Mirri class, he blended in so quickly. Thanks and all the best!

From the moment we set foot into Story Park Early Learning Windsor we felt it was 100% the place for us and we knew our son would be happy there. The center is gorgeous, the staff are amazing and the care they provide to the kids is second to none. Our son is in the Kindy class (Mirri) and he literally jumps out of bed everyday with excitement to get to class. His educators are fantastic and the other children are all wonderful too. We would have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending Story Park Early Learning Windsor to any family and we'll certainly miss everyone there when our son moves into Prep next year.

I send my twins here and they love it! The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and the kids seem to thrive. The centre is always clean, very safe and very conveniently located. I would (and have) recommend it to other parents looking for somewhere fun and safe to send their little one's.

Story House Windsor is a fantastic centre providing a very homely and caring atmosphere. Our 15 month old daughter has just started here and is enjoying each and every day. Story House send updates twice a day via the Storypark app on how the children are going and communicate with parents efficiently when required. At Story House, each day my daughter is welcomed with the same familiar, friendly and caring face which is important for her especially at this young age. If you are after a caring, educating and enjoyable environment for your child then I would highly recommend the Story House Group.
