The Manager, Richard, was a very kind, helpful, and considerate person to deal with, especially following our change of mind with exit dates. The complex and storage units are kept secure and tidy, and with the availability of lifts and trolleys, you get easy access to your property 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. If you need to store some excess belongings, I would totally recommend using Storage Choice at Coopers Plains.

Emailed them this morning for quotes and information on storage units (as this company was recommend by my friend). Not only did they reply quickly, they were able to give me the figures and information without having to jump through hoops.

Arranged to pop in to have a look at the facilities Abbey (who I was emailing) was very helpful. Showing me multiple units and not rushing me when I requested to view the same units again. I ended up with a much bigger unit for considerably cheaper than other places.

Overall am very happy with their customer service and helpfulness. Have even been provided with a complimentary Ute to help me move some of my stuff in early.

I can not recommend storage choice Coopers Plains enough! I got a quote for a 3x5.5m storage unit $440, pretty stoked since I had also received a quote from another big name storage company for $500, similar size unit.blew my mind when I went to pay and was told there was a promotion which was 50%off on selected units for the first month, we only need 4 weeks, and was only charged $220!
On top of that, the service I received from the manager Richard, was amazing.he was friendly and so helpful, walked me to the unit, showed me how to use the furniture lifts, recommended that I take photos of where the unit was so I wouldn't get lost, I know alot of people probably don't need it as dumbed down as me, but I get lost driving up my street. They also have flat deck trolleys for your furniture.
I would not hesitate to use storage choice again

Exceptional customer service from the Manager (didn't catch his name) went above and beyond to explain and show me the property and requirements. Customer service can seem like a lost skill in todays society, but my interaction today with this gentleman really made my day and prompted me to share my great experience.

I was surprised how expensive storage was until I met Todd at Storage Choice. Todd explained the different sizes and costs etc. I had shopped around and Todd's price was the best price for what I required. Todd has customer service down pat. As my knees are a bit dogey Todd rented me storage that was on the ground level. Todd gave me the 5 minute tour. Showed me where the trolleys were supposed to be etc. A pleasant world traveller, who gives me a friendly wave whenever I encounter him. It ain't always like that in other businesses.

Great affordable prices and easy access to storage facilities. I found it much easier than going to bigger chain storage competitors especially when their prices are not worth the value. I also like how they offer a Ute to rent out at no cost, which can be quite handy at times when needed.

Very reasonable prices, cheaper than Kennards. Todd in the office was very helpful throughout the process.

Site was well maintained and free from signs of pests; lots of rodent control onsite.

5am-9pm access, would be nice to have 24hr access, but I personally prefer a lower price to 24hr access.

It's the most impressive storage space I've ever seen. Clean, well-located, and managed by a courteous and friendly staff. Overall, the location appears to be very safe; the units are clean and appear to be well-guarded. I'd come back here in a heartbeat if I ever needed storage again.
