Certainly a worthwhile experience to visit the Stone Ambassador warehouse. Friendly and informative staff and great to see the large slabs of stone. I will use them for renovating my bathrooms.

I visited Stone Ambassador to make a choice for my kitchen renovation. I was very happy with the categories and the design options in each. The assistant who helped me on my visit made the decision easier with setting out samples, and was helpful with her knowledge of the products. I would recommend a visit to Stone Ambassador to see the beautiful stone on display there.

We are currently planning our kitchen. Katie was incredibly organised and helpful with her knowledge of available products. We were able to see large slabs for samples to gain a better idea of the overall look. Katie had an indepth knowledge of colour selections. We were then emailed further information about colours. I would thoroughly recommend visiting Stone Ambassador for planning assistance.

We visited Stone Ambassador to view full size samples of a product recommended by our stonemason. We were welcomed by Katie who gave s a comprehensive tour of the range we were planning to use. She was professional and friendly. Katie armed us with samples of the prospective finishes we were considering and we were very happy with the service she provided.

I recently visited the Yatala QLD warehouse where i was met by Katie. I explained our preferred stone colours and veining and advised the extent of the coverage in the renovation. Katie then escorted me into the warehouse and went right to the section with the relevant materials based on our preferences. I was impressed by Katie’s presentation, attitude and product knowledge. As a result we will be purchasing Stone Ambassador products for the entire kitchen Reno. Katie is an asset to Stone Ambassador and should be commended for her customer service skills and the value she brings to the information and sales process.

Visited the showroom & warehouse which was professionally arranged by Katie in a timely manner based on our tight schedule. She had arranged for the particular slab to be accessible ready for my inspection. Furthermore, she was very informative about the product and highlighted different styles for comparison.
