Stihl Shop Jimboomba

Waited nearly 5 weeks for my 660 chainsaw to get serviced and tuned. They changed spark plug sayin it was faulty even though i just put a new one in before service. Cut 2 blocks of wood and exhaust was glowing red, took it back and they verbally admitted to have incorrectly tuning the carby, waited again for them to say we have to buy parts to repair even though chainsaw ran fine before hand, took it to another stihl shop and got quoted $1200 in damage to chainsaw piston and engine.couldnt have asked for a poorer service.

Awesome little stihl shop, dealt with Pete and end up spending nearly 5k on gear, his customer service is second to none very rare these days, all the guys are super helpful and have plenty of knowledge.

I’ve bought several machines from the Stihl shop in Jimboomba. A chainsaw, back in 2018, sharpening equipment, and other maintenance fluids, and today I bought a new hedge trimmer. The team have always been very helpful. Pete served me for both the main sales, and his knowledge about the local vegetation and the capabilities of the Stihl products made it easy to buy with confidence.

The after sales service I’ve received from the team has been outstanding. Highly recommend this shop, to anyone looking to make a purchase or have their existing machines serviced. 10/10 for me.

Went in for a new wipper snipper tapper head and was told that I only needed the cover plate and they fitted it for a fraction of the price, also dropped some knowledge on how to maintain it for longevity.

Have been going here for years related to Stihl products. Very happy with the sales, service, and helpfulness of staff. Solid products that stand the test of time.

By far the best customer service out of all the other sthil shops withing a 40km radius, blokes who work there truely know their stuff, excellent prices, this is the reason why I drive from Daisy Hill to Jimboomba for the last 2 years to get that great experience this mob offers. Take note other sthil shops around, you might learn a thing or two of what true customer service is all about.

Gary and his team go above and beyond what's expected to deliver the best service of any Stihl shop I've been in. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Same price as everywhere else, the difference is the service. Its 12/10 here and I'll happily pay for it if needed.

Very professional and friendly service, with prompt help. I only needed a small/minor part for a F85 brush-cutter, which the staff member had no problem in supplying. Great service and highly recommended company.

Good service and advice, good product and it might not seem much but when I got the chainsaw they gave me a bottle of premixed 2 stroke fuel and explained by doing that it doubled my warranty to 4 years

Excellent service and price. Gary was expecting my mower in 5 weeks because of the Covid restrictions etc. I received a message 2 days ago telling me my new mower had arrived as Gary was able to track one down. Only 2 weeks in the end. Cannot recommend these guys enough

I was cutting down a few troublesome trees this weekend with my chainsaw I bought from you guys. My little 210 has never missed a beat. Just wanted to comment on your professional service and great products. I've had a couple of chains sharpened with you too, and yeah, you're busy but get them back in a day or two. Thanks guys

Very busy.but could do nothing by trying to help me.even with rude impatient customers behind.will always go back.better service than others in the area.

These people charged $400 and the ride on mower was not able to go out through the workshop door, a lot of bull artists.there is a sad story to this story.they did fix it and drop it back but this time the deck does not go up and down as they messed up the lever linkages, going now to the fair trading and the magistrates court if needed, they are very good to talk and write bull stories, but what they say is not the facts, tourist mechanic

These guys have everything, if not they'll get it in for you and at the right price too. Chris is a great bloke to talk to and gives great advice, I bought my Hustler zero turn mower from them years ago and they have looked after the mighty beast since, hey I'd rather travel to Jimboomba than to any local mob cause I know they'll look after me. They've got a new line of zero turns called Spartans, (SO TUFF!) and I want one but these guys have looked after my Hustler so well that I cant justify it. Great sales parts and servicing, am I happy with them? SXXX YEAH!
