With all the stress and pressures the world brings, Patricia’s firm touch takes you to places you can only dream about. Patricia brought me to a sweet and subtle slumber where I happily dozed off several times.

100% will go back again. I took a friend for a spa treat and boy were we spoilt. The whole experience was amazing. We were both treated like queens. The staff were fantastic and all the spa extras were amazing. I can’t say enough. They even validate your parking. Not once did they leave us feeling any less than special.

Best pregnancy massage I have ever had. Beautiful spa. The massage bed was phenomenal. Super comfy. Wish I lived in Brisbane. I'd be back every week.

Firstly my actual treatment was lovely by Wilson, but this should be a complete experience from walking in the door not just in the treatment room!
I was gifted to this package by my sister and mum as a group. We were all given very different experiences ranging from mum absolutely loving her beautiful treatment to mine being good and my sisters being absolutely horrible which put a complete damper on the overall experience leaving us feeling disappointed. In the past Stephanie’s at the Sofitel has been absolutely delightful from the moment you walk in but I would say this time it was not more than a 3 star experience for me considering the amount of money one pays for treatments here you should not leave feeling let down.
It’s a shame that 1 person can have such a different experience to another when booking the same treatment, this is something that Stephanie’s could work on is making sure that all staff are trained to give the same amazing experience to each person.

I love coming here every school holidays to refresh. They offer the best service and experience.

Great spa in the Sofitel! Lovely and luxurious. My consultant was friendly and knowledgable. However, when we left, it felt like maybe the team was short staffed that morning as we stood around for a while waiting to pay. Also, my information sheet with my products was lost so I didn't end up getting to purchase a product I wanted. The girls and I definitely had a very pampered morning though! Loved the herbal tea at the end! Thanks

My mum and I went to Stephanie’s day spa in Brisbane. We had the most amazing experience. We were both taken care of and both felt like our beauty therapist were 100% committed to our treatment time. It was clean and smelt great with everything we needed. Parking was easy.

Had the most wonderful experience at Stephanie's spa retreat at the Brisbane Sofitel. Gloria my therapist was amazing and took great care of me during every stage of my treatment. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone visiting the Brisbane CBD.

Had a lovely treatment here. From walking in the door until leaving i felt like a VIP. The whole place oozes relaxation. Definitely worth a visit!

What an experience.

Firstly entering the spa I was greeted by an extremely lovely staff member. I was then taken to change into the workds comfiest robe and massaging thongs.

I went into a lounge area to wait for my team were I had a tea.

Lucy introduced herself and took me into the room. This is where I entered paradise. I had a luxurious massage and facial. It even included a scalp massage.

I went in feeling tired and sore to feeling rejuvenated and fresh.

It was finished off with a lavender tea and chocolate. 5/5

I have had many facials in my life and I must say that Loti is by far the best that I've ever had. Soo gentle and thoughtful.

I cannot recommend Stephanies enough. It is first class service and I always leave there floating and my face glowing.

I will be returning in the near future.

Ivan and Stacey from Stephanie’s at Brisbane Sofitel are wonderful! I booked my friend in for an hour massage to celebrate her saying yes to being my daughters godmother. The booking was very last minute and because I couldn’t get in also, they put me up in the very relaxing tranquility lounge with some herbal tea. Great service from the team and lovely experience. Will be coming back for some mummy relaxation time for sure!

The treatment rooms and hallway feel clinical. The staff and spa experience was great. On the expensive side.

Very relaxing and tranquil. This was a treat for my wedding anniversary that I would do again. Highly recommend.
