Terrible service, do not take their order delivery dates for granted.

Appears to be a bad finger pointing culture within the company.

The accounts department is good at sending passive aggressive emails but not so good at picking up the phone to ring or even answer calls.

The young lady behind the counter couldn't have been more helpful and polite - excellent service, especially since I wasn't too sure what I needed. The shed staff were fantastic, and price was as cheap as anything. Know where I am going in future if I need steel supplies.

Great service, free cutting service and allow customers to go through their off-cut pile. Thanks David.

Terrible service!
Materials ordered and paid in full on the 10/09, with specified delivery date of 20/09.
On the 20/09, Steeline was contacted regarding delivery time of the products (that day) only for them to advise that the order was only registered as a quote and none of the products had actually been ordered. Thanks to some helpful staff there, they were able to get the order into the system and we were assured it would all be delivered the following day.
Again I contacted Steeline late on the 21/09 to follow up on the order, only to be told that the 200PFC would not be delivered until the following day (22/09). As the delay on materials had already caused significant standby costs, I enquired if the rest of the order was ready to go so we could at least start on other works, which I was told yes but I would have to collect. When I arrived at Steeline, the order was still in all sorts and I was told I would have to collect some of the materials from a completely different supplier (LevelMaster). That was fine and we were at least able to continue with some of the scope.
When the 200 PFC finally arrived late in the afternoon 22/09 after numerous phone calls, we found that it was delivered on a utility rather than the specified crane truck we had requested. Thankfully, we had enough guys to lift the PFC but I'm not sure how you had planned to unload it.
When I thought all of the dramas I had experienced with you guys was finally complete I then received a phone call advising that I had accidently collected some additional parts from LevelMaster which I would need to pay for immediately!
The delays caused by Steeline cost me over $550 in additional costs and I'm yet to even receive an apology.
Highly recommend not using these guys if you need materials delivered on time!

Poor service.i rang up on a Friday asking if they had any stanless steel round bar 316 12mm, they said yes we have 7 Length in stock.so I Travelled 45mints on Saturday to pick up 2 lengths and when I got there they said they don't have 316 stanless steel round bar.wasted my day and bloody money.

Great shop, really helpful friendly staff, awesome range of steal. Purchased some stainless and zinc sheets and solid round bar, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very satisfied customer, would highly recommend

Hi I ordered a 2.1m colourbond fence. I was told it was ready to collect, when I got their to collect my order there were no 2.1m sheets and that they would have to come from Brisbane. I was told they would deliver them on Saturday (12ish) they didn't deliver, no phone call. I rang Monday afternoon as no one bothered to ring me, no apology. I was told they would be there on Monday. They didn't deliver, no phone call. It's now Tuesday.no one has rang me again. Really poor customer service. I won't be using them again

Only recently started to use FNW for rural supplies. More often than not the prices on rural gear are much better than i had been paying. Great staff and quick to load up an order!

Purchased fence kit with remote sliding gate had to pay in full $6500 advised will be 10 to 14 days had some of the order supplied after 3 weeks and this took a number of calls to receive part order not to mention they charged $170 delivery and we ended up have to pick up the order.

Then find some damaged panels.

Electric sliding gate promised delivery on set date came 4 days late and incomplete no moter or tracks to then find out they don't have the motor and have never used this supplier before and can't advise as to when the motor will be in stock now getting to near 6 weeks since order.

Not to mention at not one time did FNW contact me to advise as to how my order was beeing processed I had to call them every time.

I have remained calm at all times when dealing with them so as to ensure they can provide me with my order as requested however this is getting beyond a joke.in short the products I have received are of good quality so if it is on the shelf get it however if anything is order in I would not feel comfortable doimg this again.
