I contacted STEAM Rockids because my parcel from them was delayed from AusPost. I was just informing them not really expecting they could assist much because it is an AusPost issue. They were so helpful and contacted AusPost to try find my parcel, but there is a huge delay and backlog and AusPost advised you just have wait. So they sent me a new parcel express post this time. Just blown away by the customer service they have provided! They have amazing products and 100% care about their customers. Highly recommend this business.

I've ordered from STEAM Rockids twice now. They have a great range of products and both my orders have arrived in a timely manner, and as ordered. They even went out of their way to ensure an order for my son's birthday turned up on time even though I had left it until the last minute. Will definitely order again. First class service.

The staff are so lovely and the products are amazing. My son loves the 3 in 1 crayons and they wipe clean off the walls and wash completely out of clothes, win win!

Very nice kiosk type shop which you could find a lot of interesting toys and tools for the little ones. Highly recommended for shopping gifts for children.

Such lovely helpful staff. So happy to have a shop like this at the Northern end of the Gold Coast. I hope its here to stay.they definitely have a loyal customer out of me:)
