I am thrilled with my experience with Status Plus. From the moment I stepped into their store, I was greeted with exceptional service that exceeded all my expectations. The team were not only friendly but also incredibly honest, ensuring that I received genuine and trustworthy assistance throughout my visit.

When it came to purchasing a fridge, I was blown away by their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction. They assisted to ensure I received the fridge I was looking for, they also managed to have it delivered to my doorstep within the same day, in less than an hour after my purchase! The speed and reliability of their delivery service saved my life after my old fridge stopped working.

They know the products they sell, providing me with valuable insights and guidance to help me make an informed decision. What's more, their prices were better than other stores, making them the obvious choice over other stores.

After my experience with Status Plus, I can confidently say that I would find it extremely difficult to shop elsewhere. Their exceptional service, honest approach, and unbeatable prices have won me over as a loyal customer. Great store, the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The staff are very knowledgeable on products, and are not pushy like other stores. Always a pleasure visiting.

Most of our kitchen has now been outfitted by the team at Status Plus - they may look exclusive but the customer service, product range and competitive prices are top notch. I recommend their business ethics over other retailers in the region. The staff made us feel welcome all the way; we will be back!

I recently bought a new fridge from Status Plus through their online retailer. I went with Status plus as they had the fridge I wanted at the best price available and with free delivery! I couldn't ask for much more the product I wanted at the best price and all the convenience of free delivery.

However this review isn't about Status Plus's best value prices or product range, I am giving this 5 star review for the amazing customer service they provide!

Craig and his colleagues at Status Plus deliver exceptional customer service. I was impressed with every aspect of their interactions and support from the prompt and friendly phone calls and emails to advise of possible manufacturer delivery delays, discussions about possible alternative fridges that were available immediately, the knowledge about types of fridges that would suit the space I had available, arranging a free loan fridge to "tide us over", free delivery of the loan fridge, removal of the broken fridge, delivery of the fridge I purchased and setting up and removing all the packing materials.

If you want great prices, knowledgeable staff, comprehensive range of appliances from all the best brands and the best customer service in Cairns, don't buy anywhere else!

Bought a Cooktop worth over $3000. Reported its fault almost 2months ago. Still haven't found a resolution yet. Contacted shop 4-5 times already and not having a satisfactory outcome. Very bad customer care and lack of proper communication. Will be escalating this over to consumer court.

Not worth buying or going for local shops as they don't look after their customers. I am not going back to these people very soon for any more purchase. ITS NOT STATUS PLUS BUT IT IS STATUS MINUS

Came to pick-up a sink and not only was the staff helpful but they also attended to my needs immediately.

NEVER AGAIN!
worst experience - had to wait for weeks to get the correct items ordered (FIENZA bathroom vanity & basin). Even though the initial mistake was created by FIENZA, the people at Status Plus (who represent FIENZA) were absolutely hopeless in rectifying the problem.
We received a vanity unit with a basin that did not fit the cut-out in the stone top. This rendered our bathroom unusable for several weeks!
One of the mayor problems with Status Plus is that some of their employees are "part-timers" (like the sales lady we were dealing with) and that there is no system in place to deal with outstanding issues while this person is not at work: phone calls, emails not responded and requests to return our calls ignored. I left several messages for the manager to return my call - he never did and he clearly did not want to deal with a very unhappy customer! A great example of poor leadership, to say the least, but perfectly reflecting the problems this company has - it always starts at the top!
We will NEVER use this company again and we will make sure that all our business associates and friends are aware of the issues we encountered.
This company should consider spending their funds on customer service training, rather than on flashy TV advertising.

This store really irks me! Been there twice now, and both times the staff did not listen to what I wanted and "went off" on their own agenda. As for the website, forget it. Overpriced merchandise with underperforming staff. Never again.

This is a family business, owner operator and it feels like it. No big town multi national attitudes, just helpful and attentive folk who want to give you the best deal possible.

Shocking warranty service. Have been waiting 8 weeks to have my oven sorted out after it nearly burnt down my kitchen and they don't return calls and when they do they just tell you the manufacture won't get back to us. Wow that's your problem the product was sold by you so fix it.
