We have been buying for our two cafes here for over a year. Maybe even two. I have to say Amanda is outstanding. Most of the staff are, but Amanda is exceptional. I don’t know if she owns it or what. She remembers you, makes lovely conversation, nothing is a problem and the service is outstanding. Really brightens your already long day going there. Many other suppliers can learn a lot from these guys. Thank you

Great store with incredibly helpful staff can't wait till they get back up and running post 2022 flood's. Can't fault them on all the help they have been over the years.

I’m glad I went in this store. Surprised! They have so many items here that I would help me on my large events with family. So many sustainable plates, cutlery, decor for all Occassion. It’s close to Christmas and they have tasteful designs of gift wrapping, gift tags, ribbons, jutes, even Australiana wreath. The staff are lovely, although they are busy they still managed to say hello and allow you to browse at your own pace. I love that

Great service an ot of products. Some items dont have prices displayed which is tricky as have to ask staff all the time.
Plenty of parking. Easy access.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Everything you could want for food or gift packaging at great prices. Staff are soooo helpful and kind, going out of their way to assist you in locating exactly what you need.

Great store! I happened to find it randomly after going to the chemist. So many great packaging options for any type of business. I was looking at options for my bookmark business and some other new products I am adding to my shop. So many options will definitely be coming back. Also had some great baskets and crates which would be perfect for gift baskets/decorating. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. I also liked that I could go on the website to look up all the prices

Good stock of food packaging items, a little bit pricey in comparison to others, but got a good variety.

Easy place to shop for most of ur plastic needs.
Only one bad thing. There not open Saturdays.
Which is a shame because they would get a lot of traffic because if the Saturday markets across the road.
I suggest opening from 6 am till 2pm.
One day they will learn

The staff are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful - I always have a great customer experience here. Great range of products too, don't need to go anywhere else!

Have a good range, base prices on items would be advantageous as opposed to having to go to the counter for a price on everything first. Being closed on weekends is a huge disadvantage to most retailers.

Oh the lady that served us was so helpful. Prices are fair for small business owners and everything you need for hospitality.

Order equipment from them and 2 weeks still have not received anything, not able to check the shipment, call them up, all they said is they have dispatched the item, and will be arriving soon (need more than 2 weeks to ship from QLD to NSW -Sydney) DO NOT TRY ORDERING FROM THEM.

So rude staff.speciality Amanda. She doesn't know the word" sorry". I ordered and waited about week. But no fixed without any notice. I pushed her to listen " I am sorry"bur she answer me " I call police"Very bad experience ever.

I actually went to the newsagent for lotto which is part of this store, but lots of packaging supplies

I can describe it like this: this place has the nicest staff that I never seen in anyother places ever! Plus huge range of packaging products that are really hard to find in other places, but the most important thing as I mentioned are the staff, they are the best of the best
I took couple of photos and they were super happy for me to do it, the thing is they are going out of their way to make sure that you been looked after. I totally recommend this place to people who have small or large party as they are the greatest in Brisbane.
