Stafford Tavern

I went out for a Sunday Roast there was no baked potatoes so I had to have chips and salad the roast of the day was corned beef the chips where ok everything else was not nice unfortunately the corned beef had this wired taste and on the website says kids eat free that's not on the hole kids menu it's one meal they pick it doesn't say that on the website either so but won't be coming back first time and last time

Lunch menu for the price is spot on. Great atmosphere, mint playground for the kids while you enjoy a coldie. Plenty for the big kids too with sport on the telly, main event fights etc. Top spot.

Nice layout, and more modern look than most AHL venues. Food is great, and no complaints with service or drinks.

Has a couple semi-private booths indoors. Bathrooms are clean and modern.

Probably my favourite Tavern so far in Brisbane, though a little out of my way.

Not bad.both steak's were slightly over cooked but not enough to warrant sending back.was still juicy and tasty.

This place does awesome mid week specials and has a nice family atmosphere, definitely great value for money

Steaks were great, massive servings of gravy, salad was fresh and cold, chips were good too. Awesome value $12 lunch menu and $4 schooners. Highly recommend

Have visited twice and both occasions the staff were super friendly and down to earth. It does get quite busy at lunch time and dinner, highly recommend booking a table for dinner. Food is okay for standard pub meal. My steak was overcooked and dry. Its a good place to go for a cheap meal and a drink.

Very nice place meals for our little party of 10 came out quick and all together.
Meals priced well, will be back again soon.

Sunday Staff obviously hate their job. Girl with sparkles.etx on her face couldn't even look at.you.no customer service at all

Staff so rude forgot a meal then said it wasn't order had proof on the phone. No refund was offer as we were apparently getting aggressive at their stuff up. Be going to the tavern for 12 years never again well done the staff of Stafford tavern

Nice pub but the food has really started to slip over the years. Used to come a lot but after coming Nov 2021 the parmy I had had a detergent or really artificial taste to it. Cheap drink specials though.

Polite staff and pretty good cuatomer service. Food came out fast and the chips were of the better kind. Fairly good all in all.

First time here, good service, friendly staff, the lunch was good although the portion size was on the smaller side.
Would visit again though.

Very affordable meals and drinks (meals are also large portion and top quality), very family friendly including a nice playground for kids, lovely staff, venue was all very clean and hygienic, meals always come out so fast, an overall top quality venue

Great meals. Thursday night 2 steak meals for $20, and very delicious. Have been there a couple of times when down there. My daughter and her family are there once a week for the steak deal. Good value

Pretty average pub fare. What is most disappointing is the beer range, when the attached liquor store has one of the best ranges in Brisbane. If management is reading this, get John Martin to provide you with some of the good stuff.

Service is great, meal are wonderful, beers are affordable and the staff are awesome.
Still the best place on the northside Brisbane.

Affordable food and great quality, good range of drinks, nice inside/outside dining options. Have dined there before and will do so again!
