One of very few Catholic book shops I know of (the only one). Great range of books and religious goods.

Wonderful bookshop! Very well laid out and stocked. Well priced and comparable to ordering online.

This store has such a large variety of Catholic books, prayer cards, jewellery, and so much more. If you are looking for any of these things, then look no further! It also helps that the store is really spacious and tidy, and that the staff are polite, respectful, and always know where everything is.

Great choice of quality christian religious items at reasonable pricing. Especially the statues are really beautiful and have always found the Christmas Crib sets awesome. Not like some of the cheap ones we could buy online / big chain which lacks character. But one big pain is trying to find parking near the book store in the midst of CBD.

Been visiting this friendly bookshop for all my Catholic reading needs since 2004. Nothing is ever too difficult for them to source.

I would definitely recommend St Paul's Book Center for anyone who needs to purchase gifts for friends or family. There's heaps of resources and suitable gift for anyone receiving Baptism, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, celebrating a birthday etc.

The first time I walked in a couple of weeks ago. It felt like home. I grew up going to Catholic bookshops, my parents even had one. St Paul's has a kind and helpful priest and staff. It was easy to get our items blessed ️.

We found all the things we needed for us personally and as gifts. They had Chicken Soup For The Soul CD set, Divine Mercy prayer cards, DVD'S, statues and booklets, Rosary's, Devotional Medals, Children's Bible and Rosary pouches. Amongst an assortment of Gold and silver medals, crosses and Rosary's I managed to finally purchase a 9kt gold miraculous medal to accompany my sacred heart pendant. So if you're are perhaps are in need of something that will last a lifetime ie. Religious jewellery. St Paul's has you covered as well.

On our last visit, there was new inventory and the item we sought most the Rosary Scapulars was restocked. Sold in packs of ten or a dozen we got a few packs. For our families back home in the Pacific. We know they'll be thrilled with such a blessing.

There is plenty of reading material on many topics as well. If you don't want to talk to someone regarding your faith yet. Struggling Christians especially Catholics who are in need of affirmation of our faith, I believe can find the right book (s) to renew and or strengthen our faith needed to help us on our journey home.

Right beside St Stephens Cathedral, Elizabeth Street or kinda behind McArthur Central. You can take a shortcut from Queens street via the Post Office Lane.

St Pauls Book Centre has plethora of items to offer to visitors. From the usual books to religious articles like rosaries, saints medals, CD/DVD, candle holders, crosses, altar wines, statues and anything Irish. Also, they have cards and scented candles.

The book categories ranges from church documents, spiritual, theological, devotional to bibles for Catholic and even KJV. It has gift sections for baptism, confirmation to 1st communion.

I love taking my time looking through the catholic book store. There is a lot to offer not only books. Plenty of gift ideas, medals, statues CD's, cards etc.worth a look around. Nice friendly staff too.

Store has wide supply and good variety of Christian books and Bibles. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Fabulous range of books and sacramentals. Very friendly staff, with a priest usually on hand to bless your sacramentals (don't let their civvies fool you). Soothing music. A real oasis in the heart of the city.
