St Andrew's Anglican Church South Brisbane

Beautiful service in a beautiful church. Felt very welcomed by the entire community and left feeling happier and lighter. I wish more younger people would come to this church as it's truly amazing and they put a lot of effort in making you feel welcome. Thank you.

Lots of lovely Christians at this church. Heaps of scary musicians too. Sophie is an amazing musician. John on piano at the 6: 30 services is brilliant also. I had the honour of knowing and loving Alan Moore our previous rector. Really great teaching and analysis of the scriptures. Blessedly his old sermons are on our St. Andrews website. Thankyou.

It just a majestic church that is kind of hidden despite the fact that it like 6 storey high and real old like but it just majestic in its way that it just is doing its thing

Great church where Jesus is proclaimed. If you want to find Jesus in Brisbane, this is one church where you can meet him.

My family church. Clergy very helpful hiring of the hall a bit of a nightmare with all council regulations necessary.

Went here for a wedding rehearsal and obviously a wedding the church is rather nice on the inside and outside a little warm inside but who knows that could of been me as a early warning that I was about to catch fire. Jokes aside the priest was a great fellow and didnt try to cram to much religious speech in just enough so you felt yes you where in church but not so much that you wanted to run for the hills. Over all a great experience and would recommend the place for anyone who wants to get married the traditional way.

Such a beautiful church building and the people were so welcoming and friendly. An awesome Sunday School program too. A great biblically based, practical and relevant message. No watering down the truth like a lot of Brisbane based Anglican churches do. I can't recommend this church highly enough!
Great young adults/young workers service at 7pm too.

St Andrew’s is an evangelical Anglican Church in the diocese of Brisbane. This church's vision is to bring Jesus Christ to the world, grow in love for God, and grow in love for each other.

Food was good but the pews are a bit too close together. While Jesus probably enjoyed the smell of his followers, I spent far too much time being distracted by it. Sitting in the pews here reminded me of being in economy class on a long haul flight. I recommend introducing "business class" seating, accessible via a small fee or "donation".
