Unlike Saturday mornings this was better attended by parents and therefore much better organised, and far cooler and better for the athletes

My daughter's love hanging out with other kids there age while getting to compete in all of the athletic events. We joined the Sharks as they have there comp on Friday nights, much nicer than hot Saturdays.

Great family atmosphere. Keeps kids fit, happy and outside enjoying fresh air. Also has weekday training for the serious athlete to the beginner wanting to learn.
