Quite busy at times and you have to wait for staff to be free. You do get good advice from sales assistants.

Will not be back.the woman who stopped me with my certified assistant dog because she did not recognise the jacket.read the jacket.when asked for paperwork I explained my dog passed public access test a few days back and handlers card takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.dogs jacket is clear and official.been in previously with learners jacket and wait.not a problem.but the women kept going on it's not a jacket I recognise.thanks for not being friendly or helpful.asked where Velcro was.and got over there.had to ask another staff member who tool a sec to point me exactly where.

Seems smaller then average but has most of your craft needs. The advantage of location is there are many other shops nearby

I was witness to a customer who was very rude today and gave the staff a hard time. She didn't have a receipt (required for a return of product), I saw her post on here today. Just wanted to shout-out to all the great customer service staff who tried to help her and the manager who worked out the issue and processed the refund as quickly as possible. Staff are helpful, and when they don't know they'll get someone who does. Grow some patients.
By the way fantastic Manchester sales today.

The biggest spotlight I’ve ever been to but still seems a little lacking on stock- things are often sold out or not an item carried.

An emporium with everything you could ever require for the home or your crafting endeavours.

Prices missing off products and price checking machines either not working or no where to be found.

It’s difficult to find someone to help you.
You have to line up for help and then directed to the wrong place

What a delight to be served by Kaz today who helped me sort my cushion inners. 5 star customer service and an asset to the Spotlight brand!

Really helpful, friendly staff, with an unbelievable range of everything from curtains, to bedding and the list goes on.

Great place to shop. And the girl who helped myself that day once Lovely.

One of the ladies, staff, showed me what I wanted almost within a minute of getting into the building

Place an online order for a Singer sewing machine on Thurs 13/1/22 with Spotlight in Burleigh for click & collect. Rec'd an email the next day Fri 14/1/22 to say that unfortunately they are unable to fulfil the order and refunded the payment. No explanation was given.
I called the store and spoke to Izzy from the sewing machine section and she advised they have plenty in stock. Izzy had kindly put 1 aside for me. I drove down to Spotlight in Burleigh and bought the sewing machine over the counter!
My question to Spotlight management - why do you have an online sales if your staff can't process the order even when there are plenty of stock, and payment was made? In my opinion, this is very poor customer service.

Aisles were loaded with trolleys to fill shelves. It was a bit of a maze to navigate.
The staff were very helpful

Staff in the fabric section were excellent. The young girl went out of her way to help me with blinds and even carried them to the car for me. Well done and thanks for the service.

No air-conditioning on the day of visit. Quite uncomfortable for elderly customers. Staff member over measured material requirements by significant amount.

Staff are wonderful but we need a bigger store. I have to either travel to Ashmore or order online. Lots of customers south of Burleigh and we need more!

Spotlight Burleigh, whether it is for craft projects, window furnishings or sewing needs this is my go to place.

Well stocked. The poor staff seem over worked (under staffed) which sometimes shows. Which isn't their fault.

I often find the staff are quite dismissive & not very helpful. A few weeks ago I heard a lady say close to closing to another staff member that the next person that calls the phone she’ll shoot. I was incredibly shocked for her to say that in front of customers, even if it was staff banter. Other than that the store is expansive and good.
