Very helpful, and although the website and the shop was showing differing availability of what we were looking for, we were happy with the visit

One of the largest spotlight stores I have visited. It was 2 levels with party supplies on the top level with elevator and stairs to get up there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend going to this spotlight store

The staff are always friendly and helpful, easy access and can always get a carpark, only down side is that it is a smaller store, so their inventory isn't as wide as other stores.

Terrible service, North Lakes store couldn't help with a Click & Collect issue and recommended I contact Customer Care. Called five times over two days, each time I received a recorded message saying they were too busy to answer and got hung up on. I also messaged on Messenger and days later still no reply. Very disappointed with the current service levels or lack there of!

I always forget the size of their range and what they sell. If you need something for your house good chance they have it

Great place to go with the wife and purchased a giant wall clock about 1 metre round top to bottom same with the width.

I love this place, the staff are great, the store is always well stocked. It can be difficult to get staff over the phone to find items you need, online is a hit or miss to find items in stock. Team go out of their way to find things on the shelf and put it aside so we don't miss out.
Got to love a good member discount or sale!

The day I was there, they where busy, had to wait fair time to get served, I paid for the material, then had to que or tried to get out of the store as they have another check out at the door!

Was served today by a lady named Andy Upstairs in the party section. She helped me pick a balloon for my daughters 15th birthday and she was so helpful. A credit to your store, and so kind and caring towards the younger staff. Pitty there arnt more retail staff as helpful and kind as her. Well done!

A bit cramped for shopping, staff a bit better in this branch than some others near by, however one could wonder around aimlessly for hours without a single offer of help.

I went to Spotlight looking for kids beach towels and they had a great choice of beach towels for all the family at a great range of prices.
There's also a great range of homewares, gifts and crafts. Also good place to look for a Halloween costume and decorations.

Huge selection of many household and craft items. Went to buy baby patterns but probably due to covid many of the patterns were not available.

Great Shop. They did deny me cash payment at one-time. So I left the store without purchasing the items, but still go there from time to time.

Went into the store on Monday to get some curtains with my family and we got served by a young man named curtis.

Despite the fact that he was constantly being pulled in all directions re doing some tables and helping customers I saw that he still took the time with each person to make them feel important and that they mattered to the store.

When he helped us he was so knowledgeable about the products and helped us from beginning to end from colour choice to rod style.

Very professional spotlight needs more staff like him.

Was very impressed to find self-adhesive felt in the colour I was looking for! Great that you can buy a minimum of 20cm!

Needed craft supplies for my daughter's school project and bought some wool to knit scarves. Always loads of choices at varied prices providing good value. They have tons of cute stuff that appeals to all ages. Worth a visit

Always a good little store.has less variety then bigger stores due to size.as this is my local store its always my first stop.

It's small and overcrowded. Compared to the other ones that I have been to It's quite messy and all over the place. Also some of the people that work there aren't really helpful

Just love this store. Everything you need is there from cooking, cleaning, craft, sewing, knitting, crochet, and lots of fun items for kids.
