Spotlight Logan Hyperdome Creative

Went into Spotlight Hyperdome this afternoon looking for some engagement party decorations. Naomi went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Thank you, Naomi, for all your help.

One of the best Spotlights I’ve been too in a while. It might be small but has everything I need. The staff are lovely. Very helpful even if they don’t know the answer to a question on an item. They try to find a solution.

Lovely little store, which as the sign suggests, only stocks Craft, Party and Sew. Wonderful ladies down the front arranged a ~stunning~ bouquet of balloons even though it was a last minute request! They managed to finish them quickly and efficiently despite the constant flow of customers. The girls are very knowledgeable and helpful about balloons and didn't hesitate to take time out of their busy day to help me pick and choose between colours. So beyond happy with my experience, I will definitely be coming back here instead of Big W, they even put my balloons into bags for free!

I was served by the lovely Gabriella - she went out of her way to help me with the items I needed. She was so helpful I would recommend this shop and Gabriella in particular to everyone.

Went to store to purchase 2 things at 4.55pm was then told by staff we are shutting. I said but it says online you are open till 5.30pm. I even showed her. She advised I need to leave as shop is shut at 5pm. I advised I needed 2 things and was told I could not purchase them. I wasted fuel and staff didn't care. I won't be going back to that store.

Excellent little store. I picked up some wonderful material on sale for $12odd/m. Notions too. A beautiful dress for under $40, that fits!

After finding this sneaky craft Spotlight store, I asked a young lady, Elissa for assistance. She took me to where the product was and didn't just yell, 3 aisles down. She the served me again for material. Her manners, attitude and professionalism will keep me loyal to the store. Excellent shopping experience.

Shopping here is as much fun as going to Bunnings. The range is also excellent. But the service at Spotlight Creating Logan Hyperdome is exceptional. The staff, especially Jason, took the time to recommend the most suitable products for my project. Jason was very knowledgeable about fabric material and I exited the store confident with my purchase and armed with advice.

I will definitely return to this Spotlight in future.

Has craft & birthday party stuff & some material needs to be bigger though it's ok

Compact store, clean and easy to navigate not too far from the larger store and it is easier to access whilst doing general shopping.

Good selection of craft stuff. Service at the checkout always seems to be a problem. Either there's nobody there or they are too busy with the balloons to notice you.

Lovely to walk into such a clean Spotlight store. Have been there 4 times now and have been assisted by such lovely staff except last visit. Dark haired male assistant rude, no interest what so ever, I wanted more products but his attitude made me not want to shop anymore that day. My material I purchased was not cut straight sigh
I will shop there again as it is my local store but will avoid him and refuse to be served by him. 5 stars for the rest of the team I have been assisted with and the presentation of the store and range of products but negative for him

Store is beautiful, it's the cleanest Spotlight store I have been to. Staff are so lovely and willing to help. They actually walk you to the product that your looking for.

Went to this store for the first time recently and found it very clean and well organised. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly to talk to, in particular Naomi was incredibly lovely and very helpful. I will drive an hour out of my way to go to this store rather than those closer because I know I'm going to get a much better experience here.

The new hyperdome store is flashy but some of the staff are rude and miserable. I was politely requesting assistance from a male staff member with black hair, who seemed very disinterested and rude when telling me where to go in the store. Doesn't really make me want to return.

I came in to get some cricut products and was served by the lovely Naomi. Super friendly and helped me find the items I needed. Such a neat and tidy store, it was a pleasure visiting this spotlight store. 100% recommend!
