The blinds installed where faulty and we have spent MONTHS trying to have the issue resolved. The representative we have dealt with through this nightmare process needs to be followed up CONSTANTLY, if you don’t chase her up you will never hear from her. We raised a complaint with the quality of blinds and the fact the are bent and bowed in late May 2023, it’s now late July and we still have not had this resolved, we needed to contact the store directly and speak to the manager to actually even get a response.
Honestly don’t waste your time unless you enjoy constantly chasing someone to rectify their faulty product. I’m not really one to leave a bad review however after months of chasing with nothing but excuses I might be able to save someone else the pain.
Should have just ordered through one of the many many many DIY blind sites and installed myself.

Great selection of products for the home and for arts and crafts people like my girlfriend. She always seems to find what she is after at Spotlight. The staff knowledgeable about the products on offer and very helpful. There is plenty of parking out the front of the store.

Good discount prices on quality roller blinds with outstanding service on the sales floor by a very knowledgeable staff member.
The checkout on the other hand was a different story.
These staff members are very relaxed, working at a very leisurely pace and no one or nothing will hurry them along.

I wanted 3 matching pairs of 140x220ish white sheer eyelet curtains, which I had seen on the website, showing in stock. I had to ask twice (and wait 15 mins) before anyone came to give me 'assistance'. I explained what I wanted and showed the website item on my phone. I was then offered one pair of the above - but that was all they had, so I said I was open to suggestions.big mistake. I was offered 2 pairs (!) of pinch pleats, a couple of pairs with a 250 drop, some rod pocket ones, some grey ones.and was then advised that the rest of the eyelet curtains were the other side of the store. When I pointed out they were all blackout curtains, she said "Yes, that's right. " Gosh, thanks.

Well, that's an hour of my life I'll never get back.
PS. Actually got exactly what I wanted from, of all places, Bunnings!
Oh.and cheaper, too!

Great service here as usual. The staff are always happy to help where they can. Usually quite a good range of products and stock, using the online stock checket helps too. Layout of the store is also pretty good making it easier to find things. Keep up the good work!

I love coming to this spotlight. They always have the first front section of the store different and stylish and interesting to look at. I live for their bedding especially the ones on sale. Great help if I need advice or locating a special product.

Best place to buy bed linen, mats, towels. Prices are unbelievable and they have great quality products.
