Great customer service, extremely friendly and helpful staff, I recall when I purchased shoes for my child, A staff member was really good and checked the shoe was fitting and comfortable instead of stating your feet are hurting because they're new shoes. Trustworthy and good quality

I couldn't find the specific item I needed in any nearby sports shop so I resorted to buying online. SportsPower had exactly what I needed and at a better price than everywhere else, and shipped it in only a few days. I also got a handwritten and personalised note with my order. I don't know if that's commonplace with every order but appreciated nonetheless! What a lovely store.

This was the only sports store that had the shoes I needed, and they were a fantastic price. They were also posted the very next day after I ordered late at night. The box the shoes came in had a hand written note from Ella, wow, what a nice little touch.

I ordered a pair of Nike’s from SportsPower Bundaberg on 5/10/22. They arrived on 17/10/22 which is very reasonable given I’m in Perth.

The shoes are outstanding, the staff even put a hand written note in the box which said they hope I enjoy my new Nike’s, a nice touch I thought.

I hate shopping online but I would not hesitate to buy from SP Bundaberg again! I would highly recommend!

Can’t put a price on customer service!

I recently bought a pair of shoes online for my son. In the parcel I received a hand written note thanking me for my purchase and hoping my son liked them. Then a few days later I received a personalised email checking that everything was OK with the shoes and once again thanking me for my purchase. I found that in these times where your taking the face to face service out of shopping these added touches make a huge difference. I will definitely be using them again!

Customer service in store or over web is very good. Decent range of stock and willing to order if they don’t have an item.

Excellent knowledge of products, Friendly Staff. Excellent Service. Price in line with expectations for a quality piece of equipment. We're on the treadmill everyday and we're very happy with its performance. We've been shopping at SportsPower for our athletic shoes for years!

Plenty of choice, found apparel which is different from rebel and other sport shops, also discount is almost always I shop there.

A limited variety but its good if you need something immediately.nice staff and stays open till 8 pm on thursdays.

I had great customer service with excellent product knowledge. Wasn't just sold the most expensive item or best known brand but was personally looked and felt valued as a customer! I'll be back next time I need sporting goods
