I went in today, with limited time and was presented with exactly what I asked for. The running shoes, Ultra Boost, are perfect and were on sale. Sadly the service on a Saturday is rather poor not a single person asked if they could help and 4 staff standing around talking to each other avoiding customers

Excellent service provided by Edward S. Took time to make sure I was getting the right product price and assisted me with size and fit for a pair of Brooks Adrenalin running shoes thanks Edward.

Person I spoke to was barely interested and no help. I felt like I was being pressured out of the store. Shoes ended up not fitting properly and were not refundable. If you have any kind of problem with your ankles or feet that require a specific type of shoe don't waste your time or money.

Was told I could return shoes if any problems as for my wife who lives 150km away. When my wife stated she preferred a different style I went to return the shoes. Got told by staff they had been worn due to little dirt mark on sole of shoe. I explained she had only tried them on however staff still refused to allow me to trade the shoes in. If you have any doubt on the shoes you are purchasing here do not buy them as I believe they prefer not to take returns. When I was attempting to return shoes there was 3 staff members doing nothing talking at the counter.

The staff are friendly but service is a joke. First time I went into sports first waited for 15 minutes there was no staff to be seen, left. Went back in there a few more days later and still took 15 to 20 minutes to be served. What a joke

Great store with very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of products and very well priced.

My son left his wallet in here with money and some Id cards and passes. These lovely people called my sons high school and let us know they had his wallet and posted it back to us. Awesome)

I would like to say a big thank you to Belinda, who went above and beyond to help me find some shoes for my son that are more ‘durable’. I will definitely be a returning as a customer based on my experience today.

It was great customer service and nice items on sale. Only thing I dislike was there weren't any stock of tennis shoes.

The fact there is a sign saying discount supplements outside is a joke. Massively marked up.for instance 2kg gold standard whey is $140 where as down road its $90 and the down road price is standard not a special.

Never again! Poor service and bad vibe, customer feels invisible.
Return policy is a disgrace!
